    Service above and beyond

    Just wanted to thank boat captain Cedric for going above and beyond to retrieve my hat which blew into the water when I was walking over the bridge on Ren island. I lost sight of it but Cedric said he'd keep an eye out for it. Shortly after, he found me on the beach and brought it to me. Amazing and so nice!

    One Happy Island!

    There isn’t one thing I would have changed about our time in Aruba. From arriving to departure, everything was everything we wanted, if not more. We enjoyed our evening drinks at the bar or the evening pool service as we enjoyed our late night swim. This hotel is in a great location, steps away from endless souvenir shops, dining, live music and the trolly. Also only steps away is the distillery, definitely worth the tour and the ladies there were so fun to chat with. There are also many top designer stores within walking distance. Flamingo beach was lovely, book your cabana as soon as you can. It’s worth every penny. We received a large bottle of wine , fruits , water, a variety of nuts and it was all just perfect. In our cabana were masks, snorkels, towels pool floats and of course menus for service. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. Also, the best day to visit is on a non ship day, be sure to look up the schedule and then plan your day. The boat to and from is about 15 minutes and you will get wet, it’s windy and can possibly experience a sudden down pour. All fun and part of making memories. Our room was very clean, our bed was perfect and very comfortable. There were toiletries in the restroom, so need to pack your own. We loved that our room was on the lobby level, we could walk right out and be at the bar/ pool area and close to the escalator. Aruba is truly One Happy Island and has become one of our favorites. Enjoy!

    A dream beach resort

    What a fantastic escape! Five star service. Very nice rooms. Their own private island with free water taxi service. This place is well worth the money. Plenty of nice places to eat within walking distance. Concierge was very knowledgeable about excursions. We will be back.

    Great place to be

    Excellent place, had an ocean front 1 bedroom on the 5th floor at ocean suites. Enjoyed daily trips to their private island. Plenty of restaurants around. We enjoyed the lunch at the Sole bar. Overall very pleasant stay. Will definitely go back.

    Betty, The Gem Of Renaissance Wind Creek, Aruba Resort

    I absolutely love the Renaissance—its beauty is unmatched, and the customer service is truly on another level. Every member of the staff seemed to genuinely love their work, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. My girlfriend and I found ourselves looking forward to breakfast each morning, just to be greeted and served by Betty. Betty is exceptional—her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel as though she was a second mother to us. I sincerely believe she has all the qualities of a great manager. Beyond her impeccable service, Betty went above and beyond by guiding us to the best spots to visit in Aruba. Every recommendation she gave was perfect, and it felt like we had our own personal tour guide. While Aruba itself is the most beautiful place we’ve ever visited, Betty’s kindness and dedication made our stay unforgettable. She is a true gem of the Renaissance and a major reason our experience was so memorable.
