    Beautiful!

    Regent Grand was wonderful. We had comfortable and clean accommodations, a view of the beautiful beach only steps away, and a great staff. Lorraine, Franklin and John were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!

    Best location in Grace Bay! Beautiful place! Never had to fight for a chair at the pool or beach. The apartment is nice!

    We took a chance with the Regent grand and couldn’t be happier. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and has the best location in Grace Bay, both at the beach (clean of seaweed) and walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket. Is very quiet because the condos are privately owned, but they clean your place daily and there’s waiters at the pool and beach. Never had to wrestle for a pool or beach chair and never felt overcrowded.

    Second year at the Regent Grand. Clean, very friendly, incredibly close to the beach! Really love this place - highly recommend!

    Beautiful Property in a Perfect Location, But Sleepless Nights due to Noise

    I have mixed feelings about our stay at The Regent Grand. On paper, this hotel checks almost every box for a perfect vacation, but one major external factor made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. First, the positives: The location is absolutely perfect. Situated right in the heart of Grace Bay, it is walkable to excellent coffee shops and great restaurants. The property sits directly on the beach, offering beautiful views and good beach service. We also really enjoyed the private pool and hot tub area. The room itself was clean, and housekeeping did a great job refreshing it every day. The front desk was also very helpful in arranging car services to get around the island. However, I gave this stay an "Average" rating because sleeping here was nearly impossible. There is an outdoor club called "Shisha Bar" located just one block away. They blast incredibly loud music until 2:00 AM, seven days a week. Because it is an outdoor venue, the sound travels straight to the hotel. It is a shame because the hotel itself is lovely, but I cannot recommend staying here if you value your sleep. Unless you are planning to stay out past 2 AM every night, the noise is a dealbreaker.

    Amazing hotel

    Amazing hotel. The front desk staff was very welcoming. Had asked for a higher floor but wasn't available, was upgraded to an incredible first floor ocean front 3 BR suite. The rooms were immaculate. Marble tile bathrooms, floors. Whole place looked brand new. The ocean front slider opened to a private patio/lawn and amazing view of palm trees and the beach. Felt like our own little piece of paradise. Very quiet. Steps from the white sand. Ample lounge chairs/umbrellas that they would set up for you every day. Felt very well attended to. The staff was incredibly friendly. Way more personal attention than a bigger hotel. The pool is its own quiet little enclave, is quite spacious, and beautiful. If you stay here, you will feel like a billionaire. Very convenient walk to a bunch of restaurants and coffee spots. We rented a car just for options, which was nice, but in reality you don't need one. Would recommend this place to everyone. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. I'm so glad we chose the Regent Grand.
