Sep 11, 2025Beach loungers and chairs a big letdown
Hotel is beautiful, especially Clover cafe. We enjoyed the family pool, hot tub, and watching the sunset in the adult infinity pool.Our ocean view room on the tenth floor was very comfortable. The only negative review I can give is the beach. If you plan on using the hotel uncomfortable loungers and umbrellas with No view of being on the beach. We found this to be a ridiculous setup. We choice not to use this beach the rest of our stay. Jayden working the beach was the only good thing about this experience.

Hello My Family and I had an enjoyable stay at Radisson Aruba. It was a short stay August 27-31, 2025. From the The Front Desk Staff, Concierge, the Beach Shuttle and Housekeeping staff were beyond Courteous and Kind… Shout out to Jaden and Dondre’ they know the meaning of Customer Service… See You Next Year…. Fabulous Stay at the Radisson Blu Aruba!!!
This was our 5th trip to Aruba. We travelled with our 2 kids alongside our family friends who have also been to Aruba multiple times with their 2 kids. We decided to stay at the Radisson Blu as we found an amazing deal and the reviews for the hotel were very good. We were SOO happy with our decision. CHECKIN: We had the smoothest check in! We were greeted with a glass of champagne and smiling faces. Our rooms were ready, we got a complimentary upgrade and our request to have our rooms beside one another was accommodated. Santos and Peter helped us with our luggage to our room and explained all the suite features. ACCOMODATIONS: Walking into our 2 bedroom Oceanview room was a breath of fresh air... literally! The suite was so spacious and clean. Having a separate bedroom for the kids as well as a separate bathroom was a huge plus. The kitchen only provides a microwave and fridge/freezer as well as a coffee machine. This was fine for us as we weren't planning to do any cooking anyways! We did find that there was limited cutlery, cups and dishes provided, but I had read this in a previous review and packed my own plastic cutlery, plates and cups in case we needed them. HOUSEKEEPING: Came in the AM and always left the room smelling so fresh and clean. We never found ourselves coming back to our rooms after the beach and not having our room serviced yet. SERVICE: Everyone we encountered was very helpful and friendly. Special shout out goes to SANTOS and PETER. They truly love what they do and are always working so hard to please their guests. LOCATION: Although this property isn't beachfront, it definitely wasn't a deal breaker for us. Its literally less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. We have little kids and they never complained about the walk. The hotel does offer a shuttle that takes you right up on the beach to the area where the beach umbrellas and chairs are set up. The hotel is at the corner of the strip where you will find multiple dining options. Trust me, you wont go hungry or thirsty! HOTEL AMENITIES: The hotel has a family pool, a whirlpool, a shallow heated pool for young children as well as an Adult only infinity pool on the rooftop. All were great and not busy. You could always find a lounge chair. Beach towels are provided and they use a beach towel card system. They have a gift shop, coffee/snack/grocery shop, a gym, meeting rooms and restaurant. The ground were well kept and clean as well. Some great spots for photos such as the La Pergola and the Wooden Swing. BEACH: Palm beach is walking minutes away. Super clean and calm water with clean sand. The location set up for the Radisson guests is by the dock pier and in front of Moomba Restaurant. They don't have very many umbrellas but if you are there by 7:45am and speak with a Radisson Beach attendant, they will set up 2 chairs and an umbrella for you. If you get there late and the Radisson umbrellas are all taken, you can rent them from the Moomba Restaurant for $30 US a day ( 2 chairs and 1 umbrella). We never had an issue getting a spot and this was one of the first times in Aruba where we had front row ocean spots all week. There was boat action but at no time did we feel that it was an issue or smell the "boat gas". We also rented a car and checked out Baby Beach, Arashi Beach and Mangel Halto Beach. All beautiful spots with amazing water. For a little more wave fun, Arashi Beach is a good spot to check out. OVERALL: Would definitely come back and stay at the Radisson Blu Aruba. We are already planning our trip back for next year. Highly Recommend!!!

Great Haspitally
Madison Blu is centrally located just off the boulevard and walking distance to amazing restaurants, casinos and beaches. Our group of 8 treated well by Leyo. Lego answered all our questions, made sure our rooms were cleaned & stocked. R'uviella , she was so friendly and she provided some great tips for our group. We cant forget Peter, top security, His presence made us feel secure. We had no problem walking to the beach or getting $7 cab to our events. Lastly I recommend Radisson Blu for anyone looking to relax by the infinite pool and enjoy the crispy wings.
