We had an amazing stay at the Radisson! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Big shoutout to Peter and Dondie—they were especially helpful and made the experience even more enjoyable. I totally recommend this hotel. Dondie was the perfect host, making sure pur short stay was worthwhile! He gave us amazing suggestions for what to do. Peter came through with the photos!!! Great shots and great laughs. They made our trip so so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!!!! God willing.

The beach of raddisob blue
I had the pleasure of meeting Jayden during my time at the beach, and honestly — he made the experience so much better. Whether he was setting up chairs, giving local tips, or just checking in with a friendly smile, Jayden’s attitude was top-notch. He clearly loves what he does always helpful, relaxed, and professional, even when things got busy. What stood out most was his way of making everyone feel welcome. You don’t always get that kind of service in a laid-back setting like the beach, but Jayden nailed it.

Good customer service
At the beach Jayden helped us good and with a warm welcome that's what customer service is definitely coming for that type of service!! The 6 floor was awesome road view that was very beautiful and love the clean room but Jayden really made us feel at homeee

Summarizing our experience to complement Jaden and the Services he provides awesome
We have had the opportunity to come to Radisson blue multiple times and Jaden who works I believe both at the hotel and the beach has been very helpful in both chairs just a amenities service and what not and I wanted to take the time to do this, I hope it helps him And what not because he’s a great guy and really looks out for the customers in the things that they want and need in order to make this a little bit more enjoyable.

They make you feel like family!
The staff here make you feel like your part of their family, I never had such friendly attention... and that came from EVERYONE, from Garbriela at check in and Daniel Figueroa at checkout, including the drivers of the beach shuttle, and housekeeping ladies! The ocean view room was a large 2 room "suite", sitting area couches so comfy and king size bed, all had an ocean view. They surprised us with a big bottle of champagne for our anniversary! So considerate! The Infinity pool seemed to be the only one in the area, I checked other large hotels in Palm Beach, none had one, and it was open till 9 PM. The large hot tub was glorious and was large enough so that it fit several couples & everyone had their own space. The other pools were very well designed. I loved that the hotel was VERY uncrowded, we went last week of May - 1st week of June. The warmth and tropical breezes were a relief from New York's cold Spring. Aruban people have to be one of the nicest people on Earth. Everywhere we went, we were greeted/served with warm friendship. The swimming area at the beach where they take you (2 min. away) always was uncrowded also, and I loved it, it seemed exclusive, compared to so many people in tubes swimming at the Marriott. However, the one disappointment was the way the umbrellas & lounge chairs are arranged on the beach...in close rows, and the beach area that they are renting allows for tour boats to pull up in front of you, often with loud music going...so I preferred the 3rd row.. I would angle my chair to see the water between umbrellas, but it was a bit disappointing we couldn't have a beautiful view of the water/beach. Would I stay here again? I would, and I am hoping they will improve their space on the beach. I understand that it's a government issue with the hotel, but maybe they can rent space on Eagle Beach to get a lot more room.
