The Punta Cana Princess is a hotel that knows no limits when it comes to beauty and rests on a pristine white sand beach. Opt for the a la carte seafood fare of Mare Nostrum, Tex-Mex steak at Rio Grande or elegant Swiss delicacies at Le Petite Fondue. Live entertainment is also available at a number of on-site venues.
Sporty visitors enjoy sighting up a bull's-eye on the archery range or vying for match point on one of two tennis courts. If active relaxation is more what you had in mind, Metamorphosis Spa offers sensory nirvana with a variety of treatments, including hydromassage.

Home Sweet Home
This was our 32 time at this resort. It is our home away from home. The staff are excellent and they are the reason for going back. We travel with my husband's Service dog, Briar. We arrange to meet friends from all over the world who travel at the same time as us. We were very fortunate to meet up with so many new people as well. The resort is small and very intimate. It has 270 rooms. The rooms might be dated, but they are very clean. We stay in Building 5 which is close to the beach and pool. Our maid Digna is amazing. Some people complain about the food but the food is excellent. If there is something special that you are looking for you can just ask. We have eaten at all the restaurants and always find that there is plenty of food. Il Bacio has Linguine with Pesto which is amazing. The Rio Grande has Beef Tenderloin tethered with bacon and the best chicken Fajitas. Nelson at the pool bar keeps the drinks flowing. The staff are an extension of our family. A little kindness goes a long way. We keep in touch with some of the former staff who have moved on to other countries and jobs. It is sad to see the staff leave but understandable. The only negative review I have is that the white house wine is undrinkable, in my personal opinion. I wish that the resort would change their choices in wine. All the staff deserve a huge kudos as they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We have already booked our April trip.
This place is awesome!
We love this resort ! We spent a week here and had very good time! Beautiful beach, comfortable accommodation, delicious food , very friendly and helpful stuff ! We wish we could stay longer, but planning to come. Pillows could be better though
The most amazing experience and people you will meet!
Can’t say enough about our experience at the Punta Cana Princess. Amazing resort and even more amazing staff. They always put their guests first. Alta Garcia and Jose Lajara creates the most memorable experience when dining in one of the 5 choices for dinner. Nelson is always ready to serve with a smile at the pool bar during the day and who can forget Emilio at night in the lobby bar, always preparing the best drinks. The resort is clean and safe and easy to walk from lobby to beach. The rooms are always clean and well stocked. The entertainment is engaging and fun to watch. I could go on and on but really it’s the staff. They are the best. I can’t name them all but everyone of them have made our experience for the past 10 years and they’re why we keep coming back. Luis,Felix, Crystalbullini , Francis, the list goes on. Alexander and Silverio are the best and will always do what it takes to make your stay the best. We have met many lifelong friends from going here and they’ve been here many more times than us. Just go! You will return. “Welcome home” Stan and Shahara S.
Another Caribbean Gouge
Arrived check in went well good location for buffet close to pool . Room a bit outdated patio door and bar fridge door needed repair but the bedding was inferior pillows stunk asked for new ones gave us stained ones back. Do not go here if you hate bugs covered in bites they don't fumigate asked them to do our room said right away they would be there. I cleaned the room went to the pool they never came went to front desk said sorry they would do it tomorrow same thing never came. Food repetive and we went to the family PrincessHotel next door buffet way better there Mexican restaurant was great had ribs excellent . Lots of kids at this hotel in the day but at night has way more to offer then the one we stayed at. We speak Spanish but difficult telling the maids anything none speak any English at all. This hotel is no more a 4 star to me its lucky to be a three.Had no beach towels for 3 days when we arrived apparently they didn't get delivered yeah right. I have been to Punta Cana many times in the past but won't be returning here again we are settling our sites on Spain more bang for your buck and its not a third world country. Disappointing how this place has changed since the pandemic. Not a happy camper.
Loved the property and the relaxing atmosphere of the resort.
We enjoyed the resort very much. There were a few disappointments. People smoking everywhere even in the front lobby at night. In Europe and North America smoking is not allowed in public spaces. Since I am allergic to smoke I did not appreciate smoke coming my way everywhere. Also the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The cleaners do not know how to clean a bathroom properly and my bottom sheet of the bed did not cover the bottom 12 inches of the mattress. They were also very stingy with towels and we never had a face cloth until we asked for one. The rooms are very dated and could have some improvements. I read that a lot of guests have the same problems. If you want people to come again I suggest you listen to your guests. The food was okay but very little variety.
