    Great Friendly people

    The people are so wonderful every place you go. We met Jaciel and Joel getting on our airport van and they were so friendly! All of the golf cart drivers and servers in the restaurant are appearing to be so happy to serve you. The view from almost anywhere is spectacular.

    Best Resort and staff ever.

    Our pool waiter staff at pool near building 26 was awesome. Resort at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is 5 Star. They’ll do anything to accommodate you. Been here 4 times and will come here at least once a year until I’m 6 foot under. 😂

    Visit during weeks 51 and 52

    I stayed for 2 weeks and my vacation here was overall very good. It could have been great but for the need to change rooms several times on check-in day. The main reasons for needing to move were due to maintenance problems. The very best part of staying here is the employees. All of the servers, golf cart drivers and housekeepers go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as good as possible and in my case there all were great!. I visited pool 26 every day. What a team they have at pool 26. Omar, Carlos, and Marcos along with their bartenders, chefs and dishwashers all work so well together. Even when the pool is super crowded, they seem to always know where you are and deliver quickly and ALWAYS with a smile. Even when 15 people turn up late in the day and all want drinks and food. They surely put in 20,000 steps a day! In the lobby, there are some truly special check-in agents, like Gabriella and Daniella who worked very hard to find the best rooms and fix various problems. As always, Fabiola in La Frida was a delight! Allegedly, the resort has a major update to the physical buildings and rooms coming, but we will see if that happens and when.

    Exceptional staff- especially Roberto at Pool 40

    I am giving 5 stars for the service at Sunset Beach, especially Roberto at Pool 40! He was the reason we kept going to that pool. He was exceptional and very attentive to us! He went above and beyond! All the golf cart drivers were really good too, especially with my Mom who had a walker.

    DONT BUY HERE AWFUL

    ☹️😣😖🙁☹️😣😖😫😩😕🙁😞STAYAWAYExtremely un confortable the bed were soft and lumpy.The pillows were awful.The beach is beautiful but you can’t swim in it too dangerous too even walk on it.The food was not all that and expensive for no reason..You need to take a shuttle to get to a swim able beach which is ok but it’s swarming with Mexican salesman.And you are placed behind a room like an animal,.to protect you by the agressive salesman all day..But to top it off.The constant aggression with the time share vendors..I finally gave in for a time share meeting I bought one because of course there were hidden fees after the fact.They illegally tried to take my existing gold crown time share in Florida.They have no soul..Especially Brenda STAY AWAY DONT BUY THERE..it’s a scam.Tou have 5 days to cancel..
