    Never go again, even if it was free...

    the place is on the side of a hill. The only transportation are golf carts. You must call a number and wait for sometimes 30 minutes to get anywhere at the resort. They hose you on the "all-inclusive." It runs out on the day you leave usually at 12 noon. If you eat anything after that they make you go to the front desk and pay for it with the waiter following you. You cant swim at the beach because of the rip currents. The food is marginal at best and the servers could care less about service since they dont work on tips. If you like the red neck tattoo crowd, this is your place.

    Exceeded My expectations

    I'm very grateful to the staff at Pueblo Bonito; they made me feel very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. Amazing views ,very romantic everything was just perfect and I'd also like to thank Driver 58, who was very kind very proper he was such a gentleman i think his name is David Thank you very much for every second a spend There.     Amazing poolside service!

    Our poolside experience with Carlos, Marcos and Omar ( Pool 26 ) was outstanding. We could not have asked for a more relaxing experience. Since we were on the All Inclusive meal plan, we thoroughly enjoyed the poolside drinks, the great piped in music, the tasty lunch fare and the exceptional attentive service especially from Carlos. The sunny weather complimented this lovely experience.

    Wonderful service, beautiful views… incredible meal at La Frieda restaurant. We went for a wedding and it was truly stunning and special.
