We enjoy this resort. We saw some whales just thru main pool. I like our waiter - Roberto at main pool. He made sure everyone in his area is happy. We plan to come back for sure.

Main pool
Erick and Alan at the main pool took great care of us. Kept the drinks food coming all day. Made sure my whole family had a blast

Main pool service!
Ulises was our server at the main pool and was very helpful and amazing! Quick service, great drinks. Food at the main pool was good as well.

Love this resort I come every year but usually in July this time we came thanksgiving week. It is a big difference in weather and seems to be less staff working Thanksgiving week. Still a great time but very long waits for food and drinks at main pool. At the market el cafe area Sebastian was amazing and always remembered my order. Summer seems to be the time to come

Pool Bar at Sunset Beach
Always a great time at Pueblo. Especially when we have such a phenomenal bartender like Jean at the main pool (Sunset Beach). He absolutely loves his job and it shows!!
