    Loved it

    Humberto - Exceeded all expectations, kind, helpful and hard working. The grounds were beautiful. The ocean is beautiful. The weather is perfect. The food was good so much fun. Meg suckers were a hit. I’m not sure that those are there all the time but Humberto is a beautiful, beautiful man.

    We’ve been visiting Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach for over 15 years. We love coming here. Many thanks to all the staff- in particular, Delfino Gonzales – Elite Butler Felix Manez – Server at Main pool Fernando Arcos – Pool Concierge Our housekeeper – Raquel (Bldg 42) David -server at the Diner & Market, Alfredo – Cart Driver And so many more who made our visit great again!!     BEST EXPERIENCE OF ALL VACATIONS

    The customer service was above the top! We found may exceptional friendly staff that did small extra things for us. Alejandro #38 and Elias were golf cart drivers and resources that helped us with Taxi service, food choices, spoke fluent English! Alejandro knew that I enjoyed Coca Cola and he brought couple to my room for the evening. There was chocolate covered strawberries and champagne delivered to unit. The views at Resort were breathtaking! Whales were exploring all morning and can be seen from every balcony. The Food was delicious every meal, the chef delivered to table with excellent presentation and flavor! Beyond impressed. Every flavor or variety of food!

    Day 1 of 7 is Great!

    We just checked in today with another couple and asked for our room to be close to theirs. Instead, Gabriella offered us the presidential suite at no additional charge. The presidential suite exceeded our expectations. The room is amazing. It is only day one and Gabriella went above and beyond. We cannot wait to spend the next seven days at this property. Fausto 1 and 2 in the Bistro also treated us so well! Do not skip on this property!
