    Best main pool bartenders!

    I’ve been coming here since I was 8 years old and I’m 21 now. I love every year and make the best memories. Great service, cleaning, and food. I visited this January with my family and friends and Alan and Eduardo truly made the experience top tier. They are personal and fun making memories we will share for a lifetime. The best main pool bartenders I would recommend to anyone and will be talking about until I return to this resort in the future! I hope to see their friendly faces again and will truly cherish this trip!

    Don't believe any negative reviews. Pueblo Bonito is amazing!

    Wow!! Have stayed at dozens of all inclusives in Mexico and this place is easily top 3! Food can be hit or miss at all inclusives but Pueblo Bonito did not disappoint. We are a family of 7 and stayed for a week. Every meal we had, even poolside grub was EXCELLENT. Also have several fine dining locations for a very reasonable upcharge. Eligio at the front desk started the trip off right. When he recognized the size of our family he offered a complimentary upgrade to a 3 bedroom villa in Monte Cristo Estates with it's own private infinity pool and amazing views of the resort and the ocean. Room service was fast and accurate and brought everything we needed. We didn't realize when we booked but you get access to all Pueblo Bonito properties not just the location you're staying. All of them are close and transport to any location is accessible and quick. We will definitely be back!

    Beautiful poolside and service.

    Angel was great!! Made our day at the pool so relaxing, and was very attentive. If you go to the main pool at the resort, don’t ask for anyone else!
