    Pretty average

    The resort is a timeshare. It is very large with carts needed to get around. Sometimes they are there quickly sometimes the wait is 15 minutes or more. If you’re not at the pools very early it’s impossible to get an umbrella, chairs are sparse as well. The food is mediocre at best except for the breakfast buffet and pastries in the coffee place. Long lines to get coffee in the morning. Why they don’t have a station for those not wanting a fancy drink is unfathomable. There are way better options are similar price point. No idea where all these 5 star reviews come from.

    I have been coming here for 19 years. Twice a year most times. Always love my room. We checked in today and our room was dark, smelled like cigars and I was not happy. Called front desk and was immediately moved by Victor who has worked here 9 years. He was just wonderful. Moved us and was so kind and that is one reason we always return, He turned my first day of my birthday week all around for us. Thank you Victor. For putting the stars back in our eyes of why we love this place. Sheryl Wagenlander

    Day time by the pool with JEAN!!!

    Jean is awesome!!!!! He made our time at the pool super fun by going extra miles!!!! Definitely should come here for some day times fun!!!!

    Another amazing experience at The Sunset.

    We had a great experience. We come once a year and make a point to hit the main pool and figure out where Roberto’s section is. While we always have great service regardless, Roberto always seems to go above and beyond for our family and the guests around us. His attentiveness and quickness is too notch. We truly look forward to this experience every year. I highly recommend Pueblo Bonito Sunset and to seek out Roberto at the main pool.

    Outstanding service from Roberto at the main pool! We visit once a year and always get the most attentive service from him with a smile on his face. He makes our trip to Pueblo Bonito Sunset that much better. Thank you for the care you show in your job!
