Open for dinner with indoor or patio dining. Dress code is Cabo casual-elegance. Gentlemen's shorts with casual shoes are accepted and children under the age of eight are not permitted.

Just returned from Cabo San Lucas and again It was another incredible stay at Pueblo Bonito Rose. All employees, bellboys, front desk employees, pool and restaurant waiters, housekeeping, security personnel and pool activities crew, all of them were so friendly and gave us superb service. We felt safe at this resort and enjoyed the ambiance. This resort is incredible, I will be coming back again and again. Thank you again, Hector Rodriguez

Jul 24, 2025Pueblo Bonito Rose' is not what it used to be.
We have been owners at Pueblo Bonito Rose' for over 20 years. Ove the last couple of years, the service has gone downhill. Upon check-in, I requested that our room be done by noon each day. I was told (as I have been told in the past) that would not be a problem. It was done the next day before we came up from the pool. The second morning, I wanted to send laundry out. I followed the directions, placed the dirty clothes in the bag and left it just inside the door. I let the front desk know there was laundry to go out. Imagine my surprise when we came to the room that afternoon, not only was the bag of dirty clothes still there, but the room wasn't done. I went down and asked to speak to the manager. Of course, he/she was unavailable and I had to talk to the front desk supervisor. She assured me that the clothes would be picked up the next morning. When we got back from dinner, the clothes were gone and the room had been tidied. The next day, the clothes were returned clean and the room was done. I thought it was fixed. Two days later, we came up from the pool and once again, the room wasn't done. I didn't even complain this time as it appears that since the timeshares end in two years, this poor service is what we should expect. I do want to give kudos to the pool servers, especially to Israel and Samuel. Two very hardworking and caring guys. Also, Luis Zepahua at Cilantros was amazing and attentive. It is sad to see a place that we have been going to for over 20 years has gone so far downhill. They seem to be placing all of their efforts into Sunset Beach. What amazes me is that so many people from Sunset Beach come to Rose' and Blanco every day.

Another fabulous stay at PB Rose!
Our stay just couldn't have been better! Everyone here is the nicest! I always greet people with good morning or hi and every single worker greeted me back and smiled!! Even the gentlemen who clean the pool real early in the am, smile and greet you! They work so hard here!! Everything in our room was in working order and really nice. We had hot water, a/c, and all the lights work! No complaints from me!! The resort is showing some of its age, but it just adds to the charm of Mexico!! When I did speak to someone at the front desk, Javier was kind and very attentive! I've watched people yell at the front desk and I think they need hazard pay!! One thing I did notice as we are on all-inclusive (AI) is that portions are smaller. Over the years, guests have wasted so much food that this only makes sense. If guests want more food, they can order another serving! The prices for eating and not on AI, are really comparable to the high prices where I live. If you like to lounge at the pool and eat and drink here, do AI its the easiest!!

I’m coming in this resort since i was a teen-ager. Always beautiful and fascinating . Service awesome! Thanks to Carlos at main pool, a real gentleman !
