Great vacation! The service is great & food is very good! The service and everybody on the staff is amazing but especially Michael Vega. He made our stay truly special, with personal attention, great service and amazing recommendations for local attractions. We loved our stay and we will be back!

Do not come the second week of June. You will be bombarded by dozens of high school seniors. I wish the hotel gave us a heads up because we would not have chosen to stay here this week had we known. I’m sure the hotel is nice when there’s not a hundred 18 year olds around but it really put a damper on our experience overall.

The location is great if you like the beach, however the staff at this location is not very friendly or welcoming. Beware of the extra charges.

Javier helped me find my flip flops
I lost my flip flops on my last day of my vacation and I got very worried. Javier helped me very much and called to help find what I had lost. He comforted me very much and helped me throughout the entire process. He really helped me when I was stressed out about losing my sandals.

Beautiful Resort in great location
Beautiful resort right on the beach. The all inclusive package is a must as if not the prices are very high in all the bars and restaurants. I was very disappointed with the add ons in the speciality restaurants, La Frida and Quivira restaurants. This is especially true for alcoholic drinks. For example a $15 retail bottle of wine in USA was $125 at the restaurant. In LaFrida a speciality mescal old fashion was an additional $30 (the Hendrick's gin martiniti's are included so nearly $50 for a drink). So if yo are okay with staying to the lesser quality restaurants with the masses, the all inclusive in a good deal.
