Jun 12, 2025Butlers at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay are The Very Best!
As an Elite member of the Pueblo Bonito time share program, I get benefits. One of them is use of the butlers. The Emerald Bay butlers are wonderful people and really go out of their way to make my husband and me feel special. Karla is in charge of the crew and even before we arrive she is looking out for us by ensuring we get the rooms we want. Once on site, a butler meets us and provides keys to the room. We do not need to wait in line to check in or out! They also provide daily delicious snacks, make dinner and shuttle reservations and save us lounge chairs at the pool. If we don't call them to make dinner or shuttle reservations, they call us. Vacationing at Emerald Bay is great, but the butlers make the vacation fantastic.

Favorite resort and waiter
We love going to this resort. It’s beautiful and the staff is friendly and they always make us feel welcome. We also enjoy taking the shuttle to Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan, and seeing our favorite waiter, Antonio Mercado, who works at Cilantro’s restaurant. He always welcomes us and treats us like family. We love going to that restaurant because of him! Plan to go back next February.

Front Desk Help
Ana who works at the front desk is extremely professional. She facilitated my room movement during my stay at the resort. She went through great lengths to get me near my friends. Made the trip very enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back again for a stay at the resort and encourage my family and friends to do the same.

Wonderful trip
Our stay at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay was so relaxing. It’s a gorgeous location. We did the inclusive program and the food was excellent and the service was fantastic. The staff (wait staff, maids, lobby) were wonderful and made the trip that much more enjoyable.

Great time at the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort Mazatlan and dining at The Bistro with Francisco!
We just returned from an amazing week at the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort in Mazatlan! The resort is stunning; beautifully landscaped with small winding pathways throughout. Our room was spacious with a large balcony facing the ocean to take in the sunset. The most memorable part of our trip was dining at The Bistro, enjoying delicious authentic Mexican cuisine. Francisco took great care of us each night, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we desired. We look forward to vacationing at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort in Mazatlan in the future!
