We booked a tour with Arturo to Las Labradas (an archeological site) to go see the Petroglyphs. What an amazing time we had. Arturo took us and was a great help! He helped us translate as well as helping my parents navigate through the rocks at the archeological site .👍🏼

She was very thorough and I was so relaxed after!!
Everything was beautiful and peacefulful. The staff is friendly and the grounds are immaculate. If you are getting a massage (which I would highly recommend), ask for Yolanda! She is the best massage I've had in 20 years of getting massages!!

Great times and great service.
Humberto at the pool is the man. Sit in his section and you are in good hands. The pool side service was amazing. Great service all around though.

Nov 13, 2025We always have fun when victim Mexico but just found there wasn’t a lot to do here
The staff were fantastic. Especially Julio Vargas and Humberto at the main pool and Claudio on La Cordilere buffet. The food was good. The rooms were ok, good air conditioning but was surprised there was no coffee, water or beer and snacks in the room. We bought coffee in the deli to make in the room in the morning. There could have been more activities to do on site but we went off site on 2 excursions with Arturo and it was fun. He’s a great tour guide. There is no swimable beach area but you can take a shuttle to the sister hotel and enjoy the sandy beach there.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful resort. A few areas of no information - like about the daily transportation to the downtown Pueblo Bonito and use of its facilities, no indication that the beverages in the fridge were a welcome gift from RCI, housekeeping did not leave a complete set of dishes and on request it never showed up before we left. I was disappointed that there was no access to the beach. That said, the property is beautiful, the staff is friendly. Liked the adult pool option. Most meals we had were delicious and reasonably priced - we did not do inclusive.
