  Paradise at Mangrove

  My stay at the Princess Mangrove was absolutely wonderful. They hotel was beautiful and had alot of great amenities. The staff were super friendly. They greeted you with a delicious welcome drink. The food was amazing. I enjoyed every restaurant we went to for dinner. The drinks were also amazing. Our butlers, Brian and Michael- Lee were fantastic. I would choose them everytime I come to stay here. They made an already perfect experience better. They were extremely attentive and helpful. They provided recommendations and made the necessary arrangements. We are already planning our next trip to stay at the Princess Resort at Mangrove.

  Family Vacation at Princess Senses The Mangrove (October 4-11, 2026)

  My family and I recently stayed at Princess Senses The Mangrove from October 4-11, 2026, and overall we had a wonderful vacation experience. We booked our trip through Air Canada Vacations, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. A special thank you to Merissa, the Air Canada representative in Jamaica, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. She was amazing to meet and correspond with throughout our vacation. We stayed in a Platinum Suite in Building 5, which offered a beautiful ocean view. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We were equally impressed with the cleanliness of the exterior corridors, stairwells, elevators, and the resort grounds. The attention to detail throughout the property was evident everywhere we went. Our first interaction at the resort was with Ricardo at check-in. He provided excellent customer service by sharing important resort information, helping us connect to the Wi-Fi, and arranging access to the Platinum Restaurant for lunch just before it closed. Ricardo was courteous, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Ricardo also introduced us to one of our butlers, Keen, who was calm, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He escorted us to our room and provided a detailed overview of the resort and its amenities. Our second butler, Hermique, was equally outstanding. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and had a bubbly personality that made every interaction enjoyable. Together, Keen and Hermique helped make our vacation stress-free and memorable. They checked in with us daily regarding resort activities and events, coordinated our dinner reservations, delivered beach towels and drinks, and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellent service did not go unnoticed. We would also like to recognize Randy, Adrian, and the other on-site cart drivers, who were always responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their transportation service around the resort was greatly appreciated and helped us navigate the expansive property with ease. Special thanks also go to the amazing bartenders TJay, Joy, and Romaine, located throughout both the Senses and Grande sides of the resort. Not only did they make some of the best drinks we had during our stay, but they were also warm, engaging, and genuinely hospitable. Additional shout-outs to several staff members who enhanced our dining experiences: Tony-Galye at the Platinum Grande Restaurant, who was welcoming, hospitable, engaging, knowledgeable, and easy-going. Shawn and Troy at Robert's Flame, who were pleasant, attentive, and personable. Nikay at The Pearl, who provided exceptional service and was knowledgeable and easy to speak with. Hyacinth at Jamrock, who was friendly, informative, and delivered excellent service. The resort itself is impeccably designed, absolutely beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The grounds, interior spaces, and exterior areas were all very well maintained, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. It is clear that a great deal of thought went into the design and layout of the property. When it came to dining, we found the food to be approximately 60/40 - good versus not-so-good. While some dishes were hit or miss, several restaurants stood out and consistently delivered excellent meals and service. Our favorites were: The Pearl Robert's Flame KA Teriyaki The Platinum Grande Lounge Both Food Market Buffets A few observations for future guests: the beach on the Senses side had a significant amount of sea moss, and the sand appeared dark, almost black in some areas. Whether this was due to the sea moss or the natural composition of the beach, we were not entirely sure. The nearby mangrove ecosystem also creates a distinct natural scent. The smell of the mangrove is certainly an experience in itself, and we'll leave that to future visitors' imaginations. One important note is that while Air Canada markets the resort as being in Negril, the resort is actually located in Hanover, which may be helpful for travellers planning off-resort excursions and travel times. If there was one area requiring significant improvement, it would be the entertainment program. While there were activities available, the overall entertainment experience was underwhelming compared to the quality of the resort, accommodations, and customer service. Overall, Princess Senses The Mangrove provided beautiful accommodations, exceptional service, and many dedicated staff members who truly went above and beyond to make our family vacation enjoyable. We would like to thank Merissa, Ricardo, Keen, Hermique, Randy, Adrian, TJay, Joy, Romaine, Tony-Galye, Shawn, Troy, Nikay, and Hyacinth for their outstanding hospitality and for helping create lasting memories for our family. Despite a few areas for improvement, we left with many wonderful memories and would recommend this resort to families and couples looking for a beautiful, modern, and relaxing Jamaican getaway. 🌴☀️🍹

  Princess Senses: A Vacation I Didn’t Want to End!

  What an AMAZING experience! 🇯🇲❤️ Princess Senses The Mangrove was everything and more! Beautiful resort, beautiful people, food was TOP TIER, and the excursions were so much fun!   BEST RESORT EXPERIENCE OF A CHILL TIME

  JUNNETTA, Shane, cristal, and makayla the new trainee was so awesome to me but junetta IS THE BEST OF THE BEST love the lady, THIS SPOT WILL DEFINITELY be the only place I come back too when I come to Jamaica ever .
