Serenity
Our room was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep, unwind, and get ready for all that Turks and Caicos had to offer. The walk to the beach was super-easy and the amenities are right there. Skull Rock mexican restaurant, which may be part of the resort properties, was delicious enough to eat there twice. Would definitely book again.

Mold, Scalding Shower Temperature changes without notice without Notice, Nasty and the Unclean
Hair on sink and shower from previous occupant in my room for 6 days of my 7 day stay. Mold on outside of refrigerator. Holes in wall next to crooked picture, hair in wash cloth, dust hanging from lamps and on lights, stains on comforters and sheets. Dirt on fans and scalding hot water temperature changes without notice. Told by manager named Taiwayne that Corporate and Priceline will never refund any of my money for the 7 day stay. I reported these problems numerous times throughout my stay. Waiting for full refund for stay from May 23 - 28, 2025.

Wonderful resort in a perfect location in Providenciales!
Very nice resort in a great location to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort provides beach setups on their beautiful section of beach on Grand Bay. We walked to the beach daily but they have golf cart shuttle if you prefer the short ride. Breakfast provided daily was satisfactory - nothing special (but it is free). Nice poolside bar with friendly bartenders. Would certainly recommend a few restaurants: Bella Luna was excellent for Italian cuisine and pizza; The Farm is a terrific spot in a lush relaxed environment (sushi night on Tuesdays was outstanding); the Mexican restaurant on property was great for lunch after time at the beach. While the resort is not 5 star, it was a great value while providing a wide range of amenities one expects from a fine beach resort. Also highly recommend Admiral Luxury Car Service for transfers between resort and airport - very reasonable and prompt.

Thanks for the memories!!!
We had a very restful and relaxing stay at Ports of Call. The staff were warm and friendly. It was very nice to meet the owners who helped to ensure our stay was exceptional. Typical day was quick buffet breakfast (croissants, coffee, fruit, yoghurt), followed by a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Ports of Call has a designated area on Grace Bay beach where we would spend our mornings lounging, walking the beach, and enjoying the warm and clear waters. Afternoons spent lounging by the pools, then quick siesta before getting dressed up for dinner at one of the amazing local restaurants. As foodies, we enjoyed the opportunity to put our $ towards restaurants to our liking as opposed to spending at an all-inclusive. Must visit the beach restaurant at the Ritz Carleton across the street for one of the best burgers and watermelon salad with an ice cold beer!! Will be definitely returning! Thank you to the staff for making our stay a memorable one. Jim and Melissa

Great service and location
This was a very nice venue and only about a 2 block walk to the beach (or can take their 8 person golf cart). The service provided through the front desk was absolutely outstanding. Each of the people that my wife and I dealt with were exceptional in their efforts to help us, whether with directions, restaurant recommendations, etc. Specifically those included Bernard, Shandera, Emanuel and Yameenn.
