Lovely hotel with clean rooms right on the beach for a great price
Great hotel at a great price. The air conditioning works very well, the rooms are clean, and the pool is very well maintained. It is located on the beach, so getting to the ocean takes no time at all. The only complaint is the noise in the morning when the shops across the street begin to open.

Unfriendly front staff, poorly maintained
The best things about this hotel are its convenient location and affordable price — but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful from check-in to check-out. My room had dirty towels upon arrival, and when I brought it up, there was no apology or effort to make it right. The linens didn’t feel clean, the furnishings were old and mostly stained, and there was no hot water during my stay. The food was also subpar. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and poorly maintained. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others, even at the low price.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Huge Thanks to Claudia!
Amazing Stay – Huge Thanks to Claudia! We had a fantastic time at Playa Los Arcos in Puerto Vallarta. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and nightlife in the Romantic Zone. But what really made our stay special was Claudia from housekeeping. She was absolutely amazing — always friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. Our room was spotless every day, and she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Claudia truly deserves special recognition — she’s a gem! The hotel itself has lots of charm, with a classic Mexican feel. The pool and beach area were perfect for relaxing, and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. Just a heads-up: rooms on the street side can get a bit noisy, so try to request an ocean-facing room if possible. Would definitely stay here again — especially if we knew Claudia would be taking care of us!

Hotel That Falsely Advertised- Creepy Security Guard
We had planned this trip for quite some time and we were super excited to finally be there checking in. At first glance the hotel looked nice and the people seemed friendly and helpful. Our room was nothing like advertised, it was literally a dump! The front door and rear door did not seem safe at all, looked like at one time or another the door frame was forced open. The curtains were torn, the beds are horrible very hard and old. The bedsheets and skirts were dirty and furnishings were old. This is by NO means a boutique hotel, not even close! The bathroom shower had no hot water and the AC sucked bad! It was full of mold and made us all sick! The all inclusive is not worth it, food safety and hygiene is nonexistent, flies and birds all over the place where the food is located. The staff was attentive and helpful except one hotel security guard who was being sneaky and took a picture of us walking in front of the restaurant. He didn’t think we caught him but that was creepy and didn’t see well with us making us very uncomfortable the rest of our stay! Why in the hell would he do that? You hear so many bad things about that. Anyways, the hotel food made us sick as well, save your money or spend more and go somewhere else. This place is not worth the money and be Leary of the creepy security guard! Who knows what his intentions were. Never staying here again!

One more great stay in the hearth of P.V.
Highlights of our trip. We had great weather. Thank you to Maury, the waiters’ captain. We were trying to celebrate Santi's birthday and he was very kind to accommodate us in the restaurant. Thank you also to Pablo for the many laughs. He was always serving us graciously with a great smile. He prepared the most delicious Cesar salad during our a la carte dinners! Thank you also to Maribel who cleaned our room all week and did it with a smile. Thank you to Tatiana, Miguel and Luis at the front desk and to many others that always helped me when I needed smaller bills. The views from the room were spectacular. The room was very small and the bathroom door was very awkward. I know this happened because of the lack of space. I also want to thank Eliseo at the beach and Emilio and Pablo who work so hard under the sun. They always serve you with a smile. Thanks again to Jazmin at the spa. Of course, I need to thank every single one at the hotel who made our stay perfect even if I don’t mention them by name.
