Affordable & easy stay
Playa los Arcos was a great place to spend a few nights and get some sunshine! The staff are friendly, organized and there for whatever you need. Damien and Alfredo at the front counter, and Ricardo in the restaurant took amazing care of me and my friend during our stay. We got the all-inclusive package and appreciated how easy it was to just relax and have everything taken care of so we could snack, drink and lay around! A couple of things to note - this is not a private beach, so a lot of vendors do come by along the pathway and beach. It can get old. You are also in the middle of a busy block, so we heard some construction and music nearby. Room amenities were a little basic, so bring your own shampoo/conditioner if you prefer better quality. I personally don't care about these things much, but if you like absolute quiet and privacy this place might not be for you. That all said, we felt very safe in the area despite being busy.

Fun and relaxing
Best service, mr mario mendoza thanks for having Angel and Alexander in the bar iguana. Made my day and my stay a real vacation of laughs. Had an issue with other employees but the bar made it up for it!!!! Coming back! Usually im here twice a year.

Hotel full of pride , great staff and character
Hotel is a great deal for the price. Physically, rooms could use some updating. However, the grounds of the hotel are beautiful. The staff were super friendly. This is definitely a great stay for families. I love the blend of Mexican and United States vacationers. Yolanda Guerrero works in the concierge. She was super friendly and knowledgeable of all the tours offered for the area. She helped us book a tour. Answered all the questions. She also helped me fix a broken set of headphones. Thanks Yolanda!

Really great service. The food, drinks, the restaurant is great, Ricardo, our server had been amazing every night we dined in at the hotel. It has been a good experience overall. The concierge Yolanda was super helpful, Luis Miguel at front desk as well. 100/100 recommended

Restaurant Improvements
We have been coming to Los Arcos Suites for several years and always book the all-inclusive package. Just having breakfast, snacks and drinks at the Mi Pueblito restaurant makes this package worth the cost. But, on our current trip we noticed the food quality has improved and have been very satisfied with lunch and dinner as well. Yolanda Guerrero, concierge, told us they have a new executive chef. The staff at this hotel have always been great and now we have even more reasons to return on our next trip to PV. Yolanda, by the way, is always very helpful with her recommendations and arrangements as well as solving any issues we may have.
