We especially enjoyed the service in the restaurant and the food variety was good and the quality was great. For an all-inclusive resort, we thought it did very well! Especially the service we received from Roberto and also Jonathan was excellent and they were very welcoming and friendly as well!

Loved the amenities
Loved the outside of the hotel! The pool was awesome, loved the adult area where you could sit in warm water directly overlooking the ocean (and while people watching). The inside was fine, worked well for what we needed (but honestly, we weren't in the room very much).

Best trip to Puerto Vallarta yet!
WE absolutely loved our stay at Playa Los Arcos and plan to return. The room was humble but very comfortable, the staff was attentive and the food and drinks in the All Inclusive were absolutely amazing. There were 2 people who really stand out. First was Miguel at the front of the Hotel. He took care of our luggage, called for our taxis and offered recommendations or directions everyday with a smile. The other person was our most favorite waiter, Jaime. He went above and beyond in taking care of our every need. He was professional, personable, attentive and extremely kind. He is a real asset to Playa Los Arcos. Can't wait to see them again on our next trip to Playa Los Arcos.

May 31, 2025Beware - good luck if you want a deposit back!
Almost impossible to get deposit back! This company charged a deposit, which is fine, but they do not voluntarily honor their own cancellation policies! They do not return the deposit automatically despite my cancelling well in advance of the deadline. Then, they ignore emails, phone calls online inquiries. If you eventually finally get someone, they assure you they will work on it, but still nothing happens. I finally got my money back weeks after the fact, but only as a result of disputing the charge with Visa.

Best location, best staff in PV resorts!
We loved Playa Los Arcos! It's small, friendly & a great location. It's very clean - there was someone with a broom, mop or cleaning cloth in their hand every time you turned a corner. We did the all-inclusive option. The Tecate on tap was cold & the buffet had a wide variety for every meal. The wait staff is phenomenal. They recognized you after the 1st day and remembered your preferences. We never ordered off the menu in the restaurant but another guest told me she had the best prime rib steak she'd ever had there. The spa is a fun & relaxing experience - especially the little fish pedicure! The resort pools are clean and well-maintained. I can't say enough about the location right in the Romantic Zone and on the Malecon. We walked up and down the streets, the boardwalk, the beach...everyplace. We would stay at Playa Los Arcos again. The only thing I would change, is that I would book an ocean view or courtyard view room.

Hotel will accept individual student bookings all year.
Hotel will not accept group bookings, which it considers more than 10 rooms booked.
There is a $40 per room refundable deposit required at time of check in.
Guests must sign agreement/list of rules at check in.
One parent is required for every 20 students.
At least one person per room must satisfy the minimum age requirement for check in.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
