  Would not Recommend

  I would not recommend this resort and spa. Resort needs more attention to remodeling to rooms and facilities. Disappointing that the room options versus in-person reality were so much different on expectations. Ocean views and pool views were great and well as the beach front access. Location was a plus to the Malecon lively oceanfront boardwalk.

  Amazing bartenders!

  Amazing experience. Hotel made us feel welcome and safe. Staff was so attentive but I have to give a huge shout out the Angel and Alexander who attended the pool bar. Top notch drinks. My daughter wanted a “rainbow” experience which meant we needed drinks from all the colors of the rainbow. Angel killed it! The purple drink was fantastic! Alexander added to day 2 with flowers in our drinks. Come! They take care of you!

  A great place to vacation in Puerto Vallarta

  We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked a third vacation here. While this hotel ins't the Ritz I am giving it 5 stars for numerous perks. Staff are all friendly and accommodating! ( Thanks to All!!! ) All inclusive package can't be beat! The food and service are spot on! Special Thanks to Jaime for treating us so well! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is fantastic! Walk to restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and more. Location is also right on the beach! Lounge chairs and full service food and beverage available. Pool area is comfortable with entertaining activities available. (Thanks Adrian!)

  Very Disappointing!!

  Don’t be misled by the heavily edited, romanticized photos online. The reality is very different. The rooms are run down, the furnishings are worn, and the overall property does not offer a luxury experience. Something that is not emphasized in the marketing: this is a family-friendly resort, which means children and babies are present everywhere. If you are seeking a peaceful, adult-oriented environment, this is not the place. The beach itself was underwhelming. On the day of my arrival, I saw people with their dogs in the sand and encountered multiple piles of dog waste as I walked along the shore—hardly a relaxing atmosphere. In the rooms, the condition and amenities were highly disappointing. The furniture was worn, the beds were extremely hard, and hot water was inconsistent. The bathroom sinks had faucets so short that it was nearly impossible to wash hands properly. My dresser drawers were broken, the balcony door would not fully close or lock, and there was only a single electrical outlet in the room. For two guests—let alone someone who needs a CPAP machine—this is completely inadequate. After requesting a room change, I was moved to a larger room on the 4th floor. However, I was not informed in advance that the elevator was out of service. With osteoarthritis, I struggle with stairs, and yet I was led through a confusing path of hallways only to climb stairs to reach the new room. This lack of communication was unacceptable and created unnecessary hardship. The room ended up being larger, which was better, but it was still in the same condition of the first, with the exception of additional outlets. The best part of that room was the dreamy, full ocean view and I enjoyed listening to the ocean waves at night. Overall, this property is misrepresented online. It is not as luxurious as it appears in the photos, the facilities are outdated, and accessibility needs were not handled appropriately. I regret not taking photos of the various issues in the rooms. This was a very disappointing stay.

  Love the resort. Sick of the same dancers and entertainment. Food is great and the staff are great and friendly.

  Love this place. Been there many times. The only complaint is the entertainment is the same year after year. Night after night. Daytime activities aren’t anything much either.
