The staff made this resort’s rating what it is. The adult ocean view room we had was fantastic. Gorgeous view of the ocean and steps from the pool or beach. More dinner restaurant options needed on the adult side. Loved the Brazilian resto - again staff and service - impeccable! Huge shout out to Javier and Chris who were 5 star service. Along with Mildred , who I hope is still hugging Chadwick today and the rest of all the amazing staff at this place. Thanks all and say hi to Chadwick for me!

Fantastic Butlers
I cannot say enough about my butlers, Edwar and Angel. Their attention to detail and the way they go above and beyond for my vacation is amazing! All the little touches that they show me when it comes to my birthday just makes a girl feel that little extra special. They are far superior to any butlers I have had at any other resort. If you want fantastic service, please make sure you seek them out. I can’t wait to see them again when I go back for my next birthday trip in 2027. Keep on rocking my friends, you guys are the best.!!

Super Javi made a difference for us!!
Everything about this resort was exceptional. Everywhere we were met by a smile from all staff members. We were greeted by an ovation as we all walked in the lobby, ( very cool ) and then had the pleasure of meeting our butler, Super Javi. He was such a huge help in assisting us navigate our way around the resort and with the booking of our meals. He made himself available at any time and was always quick with an answer or solution. He fit right in with all the rest of this place, just exceptional. Thanks Planet Hollywood for a great trip and to Super Javi for taking it to another level!! Regards, Geoff and Candace 😊

A big fist bump to Mildret!
We spent a week at this resort and the best part of our vacation was lounging by the pool all day. A MAJOR should out to Mildret who kept us well "hydrated" with a smile and a warm welcome each day. Employees like her make us want to return. Thank you Mildret, you are simply awesome!
