It had been 39 years since we visited Cancun on our honeymoon. This was our first time at an all inclusive and we were lucky to pick such a great resort. The room, staff, and grounds were amazing. The food was great, entertainment around the pool and main stage were top notch. Claudia from Star was amazing and helped us throughout our stay. She provided great guidance and can't thank her enough. When we visit another all inclusive, I am not sure it will be as good as PH. Thus we will probably be back to get some more fun and relaxation. Thanks Planey Hollywood and Claudia!

What a wonderful stay
We arrived at Planet Hollywood on October 23rd. Our check-in experience was rather ordinary, with no welcome cocktail, and the initial welcome felt quite cold. But after that, WOW! Our butlers, Edward and Yomalli, were simply exceptional! Their service, restaurant reservations, and all the little thoughtful touches were always on point. They truly helped make our stay unforgettable. A huge thank you as well to Frankye, Josué, and Miguel at the cabanas. Their outstanding service, energy, and positive attitude made our trip even more memorable and gave us wonderful memories to cherish. And what can we say about Gama at the Lobby Bar? Thank you for your excellent service! We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff. Despite a rather cold start to our vacation, we are leaving with wonderful memories thanks to all the amazing people who made a real difference in our experience. We will always remember our stay at Planet Hollywood fondly. This is not goodbye, but rather SEE YOU NEXT TIME

Just checked in today but feel like the room is quite dated, things are broken and having to get maintenance to fix them when you have only checked in a couple of hrs ago is pretty poor really.

My vacation is amazing
This resort is amazing, the location is far far away, but I’ll be back coming son, I’m enjoy my vacation with friends, the room is beautiful and the activities with entertainment team that’s cool. The guys Milton, Angel and Yoe are incredible, the foam party that crazy, we loved, we love going to the buffet and the brazza restaurant were our fav. I’m very excited, see you the summer!

Boys will be boys
Me and friends are in a boys trip and we are having a blast. The rooms are alright, although it could be better. It’s too humid. On our cabana the waiters viridiana was great we never had to wait for drinks The restaurants are good, the snacks are ok. The best one was the gusto the Italian. On the entreatment side we wanna give a shout out to: Yoe, Milton, Angel the Rockies all of them are awesome and we want to seen them again next time. Long live waterviloy. Our room was 12210.
