We love the Pink Shell and how family friendly the resort is! We love to start our morning with the delicious breakfast at Jack’s. Danielle Lee is an amazing server. She remembered our family from previous years and even remembered our drink order! She is always so friendly, my daughters love visiting with her and we look forward to seeing her every trip. When we were there in January the resort was extremely accommodating to offer indoor kids activities throughout the day when it was cold and rainy. Ranger Rob (another favorite of ours!) had fun and educational games to enjoy instead of staying in the room all day. He is great to interact with the kids whether it is a kayak tour, around the pool, a nature walk, or helping with crafts. Now that we are home we even watch Ranger Rob’s nature videos on YouTube.

Pink She’ll is an extremely clean resort. The breakfast that is included is top notch. Very good selection of breakfast foods and eggs cooked to order. The staff is in top of meeting every guests needs. We were quite impressed as first time visitors. There was extreme noise happening for a day or two of the beach restoration project while we were there but overall everything else was so nice we didn’t let it ruin our stay.

Family vacation

Amazing resort for families
The resort is great, very child friendly. You can rent strollers as well. They have lots of activities (many for an extra fee) for kids, which my son enjoyed much. We especially enjoyed the morning shell walk with Ranger Rob, he is amazing with kids and even though my son doesn't understand English, he loved it. We saw dolphins quite frequently at the beach and even some Tortoises. Ranger Rob also showes the kids critters and snake during the day. I also went on the two hour kayaking tour with Ranger Rob, where we even saw manatees. The only thing I did not like was the amount of single use plastic at the resort and the daily wrecking of the beach, which is not needed and destroys the nature.

Ranger Rob at the Pink Shell is the best!
We had an amazing experience at the Pink Shell. We have 5 children ranging in ages from 14 through 4 years old, so we wanted to find a resort that would have something for everyone and the Pink Shell was the place for us! Our top experience definitely was our back bay kayaking tour with Ranger Rob. He was so patient and kind with our children, and showed us so many different forms of wildlife. Our older children were hesitant to kayak, but they were immediately put at ease. It was a wonderful morning that I would recommend to anyone who comes here! We also really enjoyed the Earth Day and critter shows put on by Ranger Rob. He is a definite asset to the Pink Shell, and we will keep coming back because of him! My children also enjoyed playing ping-pong and cornhole outside and chess in the lobby. The free Margarita and Shirley Temple hour was also a plus!
