Apr 25, 2025A good experience, but some room for improvement
We recently returned from our trip to the Park Hyatt St. Kitts. We had a great week and really loved many things about the Park Hyatt, but there was also some areas for improvement. Pros: - The resort was not crowded even though we were there at spring break (Easter week). We had no issues getting seats at the pool, access to beach equipment, etc. - The resort grounds were gorgeous and well-maintained. It was really picturesque. - The main pool was large and had a beautiful view of Nevis. We also had an opportunity to check out the adult pool. It was very quiet and relaxing. - The rooms were spacious, clean and modern - The resort was very family friendly - in addition to the pool, our kids enjoyed paddleboards, kayaks, games like shuffleboard & giant chess, the basketball court, feeding the koi, etc. The staff was very kind to our kids throughout the resort. - Employees were friendly and generally service was great. Housekeeping was great and reliable. Cons: - The beach wasn't really swimmable. There was a ton of seaweed both on the beach and in the water. While the views were gorgeous, I wished we had been able to enjoy the water more. If you are staying at the Park Hyatt, plan to explore the other beaches on both St. Kitts and Nevis as there are definitely nicer ones. - Costs. The food and beverages at the resort were very expensive. We knew this going in and so weren't surprised. We've also been to other Caribbean islands (including the Hyatt in Aruba and the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar), but some costs felt excessively marked up (for example: $8 to add an egg to a $24 breakfast sandwich). - This resort also lacks a full service coffee shop/place to grab breakfast and a lobby bar. They have a coffee machine in the lobby and a small marketplace, but no where to get a great coffee drink. Similarly, the Fisherman's Village has a bar, but the restaurant closes by 9...there is no where to grab a drink at night or even before dinner. - There wasn't really reliable drink service at the pool or beach. You had to go to the pool bar yourself. Overall, the cocktails were fine (and boozy), but nothing super interesting or remarkable.

Beautiful views at every turn. We upgraded to the deluxe plunge pool suite that was well worth it and perfect for a family of 4 with two small kids. Food was generally very good, albeit sometimes slow to arrive. Great kids club and pool setup..

A Beautiful Stay with Exceptional Service
Our stay at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts was nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located just a short drive from the airport—perfect for a stress-free arrival. The pool area and accommodations were lovely, with gorgeous views and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, pretty and the bed was comfortable. One of the highlights for our family was the kids club. It was spectacular! The kids ran there every morning. Huge thanks to Sabby and Melissa who kept the kids happy and engaged—they were fantastic. Toward the end of our trip, we ran into a bit of a travel emergency. I can’t say enough about T-Shandra, who went above and beyond to help us. She spent hours working tirelessly to resolve the issue, even went as far as contacting airlines on our behalf. Oral also stepped in to support us—we felt truly cared for during a stressful moment. Special shout out to Zica, Tyreese, and Emily at the pool, whose cheerful attitudes and warm smiles made each day even brighter. This was a vacation to remember, thanks to the stunning setting and an incredible team who made it all the more special.

A Memorable Stay with Stunning Views of Nevis Peak
Our stay at the Park Hyatt was nothing short of exceptional. The Amazing view of Nevis Peak was a constant reminder of the beauty of the island and made every moment feel special. We loved the boutique style of the hotel-it created an intimate, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The adults-only pool was a true highlight. With elevated setting, it offered some of the best views on the property for quiet relaxation or soaking in the scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. The tours arranged through the hotel were well-organized and gave us a deeper appreciation of the island- truly memorable experiences. We left dreaming of our next return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking beauty, comfort and a touch of luxury.

Great place to go with kids and enjoy the carribean weather. Housekeeping was phenomenal. Here cknea the sad part, Beach was barely cleaned every day, non existent pool services, get ready to organize and make your own chairs daily, lack of courtesy, if you are a Globalist forget any special treatment. At best it’s a 3-4 star. Doesn’t live up to expectations.
