The service here is abysmal. Do not stay here if you are expecting a luxury experience, as you will be severely disappointed. Staff is unbothered by any Of your concerns (hours of restaurants not aligning to what’s online, property out of sunscreen with no resolution, no pool chairs available despite enough physical space to simply add more).Only time I’ve ever had an experience like this with a Hyatt property, so not sure what was going on…

Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour St. Kitts I would go again and again to this wonderful resort Its very easy to build a beautiful place but it is harder to build a culture of service and love. The St Kitts staff were genuinely kind and service oriented with a smile and a twinkle .I needed support and they happily gave it. The grounds were awesome and I happened. to have a room overlooking the beach with a plunge pool and a huge deck. It was costly but if its in your budget i would suggest you go for it. Just dont let the secret out. :) . Yes this place is pricey. but for special occasions or even not this would be my pick.I could go on about the individual people who i encountered but honestly that would do a disservice to the people whose names i cant remember. If you want good food ( albeit costly) beautiful grounds a huge pool and beachside and poolside seating you wil not be dissapointed. You can indulge in a spa treatment or have a handcrafted cocktail .The burger at the pool is amazing . I know this sounds like an ad but i genuinely feel you will be happy here. Again its back to the vibe and the commitment to excellence. I

Jan 17, 202640th Anniversary Ruined by Safety Hazards and illness
I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts to celebrate my 40th wedding anniversary. We brought significant business to the hotel, including friends who booked the Presidential Suite, but the experience was a disaster from start to finish. First, my wife and I were locked out of our room in the balcony on the first day due to a technical failure. Far more seriously, my wife suffered severe food poisoning after our first meal, which incapacitated her during what should have been a joyful celebration. To make matters worse, the following morning on the way to breakfast, My wife tripped and fell due to an uneven floor in the restaurant—a blatant safety hazard that has clearly not been addressed. For a luxury property of this caliber, the lack of basic safety and hygiene is shocking. We expected a "Guest of Honor" experience; instead, we left frustrated and injured. I hope management takes these safety and health concerns seriously before another guest gets hurt.

A wonderful slice of happiness!
The Park Hyatt St. Kitts is special! No property is perfect, especially at this price point, but they do get so many things right that it is currently our favorite property in the Caribbean. The views. The manicured grounds. The peaceful vibe. The luxurious furnishings. The unbeatable breakfast setting. The smiling staff. The kids club. The Sat night bonfire. The ample space even at capacity. Add it all up and you have an experience that is hard to beat. Sure, the beds are a little hard, service is slow but genuine, the food prices are sky high and the beach is not the Turks, but this is offset by luxurious sheets, Le Labo amenities, spotless rooms, perfect water, free watersport equipment, and the awesome view of Nevis. This is not a big city hotel but an island outpost- temper your view of service accordingly. A special shout out to their Kids program- the Island Fort staffed by Sabby is a huge asset- our two kids beg to go back every day- activities, toys, dolls, playground- what a lovely break from the beach! Finally, if you ask my 5yr old son, his favorite travel experience in the world is the Sat night bonfire and smore roast- what fun! Plus, kids 5 and under eat free, so his hunger was finally satisfied. Yes there is room for improvement in service and upkeep, but Sabby, Aisha, the rest of the staff and the Park Hyatt as a whole occupy a special place for the Kline family! We will be back...
