My husband and I were on a cruise and got a day pass to this resort. Though due to no fault of theirs in rained a lot during the day the resort property was beautiful. I can not give detail on rooms but the resort property again was beautiful. The thatched fisherman’s restaurant/bar had beautiful views of the volcano in Nevis and great drinks. We loved the pool and the adult pool was amazing. Thank you for hosting us we had a lovely time!

I recently travelled to Park Hyatt St. Kitts with my best friend for a 4 night stay. We booked on points and I have Hyatt status allowing us free breakfast. We had an amazing stay. The pool view suite was perfect. We were in a great location on the property with easy access to the adult pool, breakfast, the gym, and the spa. The property is beautiful and the views were stunning. Make sure you get up for the sunrise at least once during your stay! Breakfast service can take some time, so if you are in a rush, be prepared to order when they seat you and ask for a check quickly. I would absolutely return and hope to do so soon!

This hotel has so much potential and I hope they can improve to meet it. the pros are the resort is small and easy to get around in a natural beautiful setting kids eat free big plus and only reason I would go back cons are - poorly managed staff not friendly or helpful almost as if they are shocked you have a request. - no lounge set up - run out of towels and sunblock frequently and slow to replace - very poorly maintained resort, overgrown landscaping, dead landscaping weeds grown, cracked areas of pool deck, puddling peeling paint broken tiles etc. - feels like a self service resort not a high end resort I have never been so let down by lack of service not just bad service literally no service around the hotel. - the hotel was at capacity when we checked in room was not ready at guaranteed time management gave me in my opinion weak compensation and I didn't want to ruin my trip to fight with them further they could not comprehend the inconvenience of the room not being ready at 5 pm when traveling with children all day. - the kids club is also terrible the lady running it reminded me of my wife when all my kids are home for a long time completely fritzed also very annoying that I needed to walk 10 min from beach up a mountain to sign my 6 year old in why couldn't he just go himself especially after the initial sign in projects were also awful low budget and they did the same one twice a day maybe do two different so kids might be excited to go? - spa like rest of the hotel is opened in the morning and closed in the night that's the extend of the oversight in my 10 days maybe one or 2 days had towels or water every time I visited I needed to request basic things. they need a new robust managemnt who are customer and service centric to re train all staff and run this hotel to its full potential.

The service here is abysmal. Do not stay here if you are expecting a luxury experience, as you will be severely disappointed. Staff is unbothered by any Of your concerns (hours of restaurants not aligning to what’s online, property out of sunscreen with no resolution, no pool chairs available despite enough physical space to simply add more).Only time I’ve ever had an experience like this with a Hyatt property, so not sure what was going on…

I would go again and again and again
Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour St. Kitts I would go again and again to this wonderful resort Its very easy to build a beautiful place but it is harder to build a culture of service and love. The St Kitts staff were genuinely kind and service oriented with a smile and a twinkle .I needed support and they happily gave it. The grounds were awesome and I happened. to have a room overlooking the beach with a plunge pool and a huge deck. It was costly but if its in your budget i would suggest you go for it. Just dont let the secret out. :) . Yes this place is pricey. but for special occasions or even not this would be my pick.I could go on about the individual people who i encountered but honestly that would do a disservice to the people whose names i cant remember. If you want good food ( albeit costly) beautiful grounds a huge pool and beachside and poolside seating you wil not be dissapointed. You can indulge in a spa treatment or have a handcrafted cocktail .The burger at the pool is amazing . I know this sounds like an ad but i genuinely feel you will be happy here. Again its back to the vibe and the commitment to excellence. I
