    Amazing service!

    We had a wonderful time on our business trip and the resort staff were extremely accommodating. Kevin was outstanding and helped when we had a misunderstanding at the reserved seating area. He took great care of us and was very professional. The food was great and resort very clean and modern with amazing shoreline views of the whales!

    Disappointing, but staff makes up.

    I'll start by saying that the staff is fabulous! Especially Carlos. Gabrielle, and Angel at the pool. Also a HUGE shout out to the pool attendant in charge of cabanas who took care of an overserved staff member. He was amazing and super attentive to our group all week. Everything else is quite lacking for the price. Kudos to everyone who works here. You are doing a great job. Unfortunately, you don't have much to work with. There are loud corporate parties every night disrupting the vacation vibe and the food is truly just "fine." The music at the pool is hilariously bad and the same playlist every day. If you are traveling with friends, you'll still have fun, but just don't expect a luxury experience. I'm not saying don't come here, just set expectations low and you may still have fun. Or, hot take, spend the same amount and go to Xcaret for an AMAZING experience. Dia

    Value for Money Lacking

    Carlos, the pool cabana attendant, Gabriel, the pool attendant, and Danay, the Reserve check-in clerk, were absolutely fabulous. They deserve a five-star rating for their exceptional service and professionalism. Unfortunately, my overall rating reflects the issues we experienced with the hotel. There were several of us in our group, and each of us encountered problems receiving the correct room type at check-in. It took several days to resolve these issues, which significantly impacted our stay. The overall experience fell short of expectations.

    Excellent Staff

    It has a welcoming vibe as soon as we arrived. I would like to give a big shout out to Luis De La O, the bell boy who seems to be everywhere ready to assist guest ( especially me). Luis Daniel AYB and Diego AYB provided an excellent service while dining to their many scrumptious restaurants. It was week of golfing and on the second day, I got ill. Dr Luis Espinoza and Dr. Eduardo Vera attended me with care. Caroline, guest service was with me the first day I got ill. She constantly checks up on me until I got better and continued to get in touch with throughout my trip. I will go back just for the stall who truly cares about their guest.

    Outstanding week!

    Excellent resort. The service was outstanding from day one. Pepe (our host) took great care of us from beginning to end. We really enjoyed Sandy in the coffee/ice cream shop. She was so polite and helpful. All in all, this was a trip we will always remember with fond memories.
