Wonderful week.
We just wrapped up a wonderful week at the Paradisus in Cabo. I can’t speak highly enough about the resort and the staff. We splurged on a Reserve Master Suite and had one on the 4th floor of building 4. It is incredible! Spacious, well appointed, great amenities, and with a beautiful view. My only negative comment is the distinct sewer gas smell that comes from the toilet area. Obviously a bit of a problem with the plumbing. But I definitely recommend going with a Reserve room. Thanks to the housekeeping staff who did a great job! As for the rest of the resort, the grounds are amazingly well kept, as were the pool areas. The Reserve pool was our preference. A bit warmer, and quieter. We especially loved having a reserved cabana the whole week we were there. The restaurants were all good. We especially liked the Asian restaurant, but the Italian was a bit underwhelming. The bar staff were good. I was a bit surprised when once they were out of Dos Equis. Shout out to all the restaurant and outside staff who work so hard, and do a great job. Special shout-outs to our concierge Tino, and servers Pedro, Juan Carlos, Lugardo, and Diego, but there were many more.

Best beach bar
Volcán bar is an intimate fun bar on the beach. Edith made us the best margaritas. All smiles and great service. Love the couches and shade

Amazing service!
We had a wonderful time on our business trip and the resort staff were extremely accommodating. Kevin was outstanding and helped when we had a misunderstanding at the reserved seating area. He took great care of us and was very professional. The food was great and resort very clean and modern with amazing shoreline views of the whales!

I'll start by saying that the staff is fabulous! Especially Carlos. Gabrielle, and Angel at the pool. Also a HUGE shout out to the pool attendant in charge of cabanas who took care of an overserved staff member. He was amazing and super attentive to our group all week. Everything else is quite lacking for the price. Kudos to everyone who works here. You are doing a great job. Unfortunately, you don't have much to work with. There are loud corporate parties every night disrupting the vacation vibe and the food is truly just "fine." The music at the pool is hilariously bad and the same playlist every day. If you are traveling with friends, you'll still have fun, but just don't expect a luxury experience. I'm not saying don't come here, just set expectations low and you may still have fun. Or, hot take, spend the same amount and go to Xcaret for an AMAZING experience. Dia
