    Paradisus Los Cabos

    This is our first time to the Paradisus Los Cabos. We have stayed a a sister resort in Cancun a couple of times. This resort is well kept, clean, adults only. The staff in every restaurant, every bar, reception, housekeeping and pool service is excellent! Anything you need or want is taken care off. The food was delicious and there was a good variety. The drinks were equally as good. We had a personal concierge, Roberto, who made sure we were taken care of for the week. Carlos and Kevin poolside made sure we had a place in the shade by the pool every morning and came by several times a day to adjust the umbrella and bring fresh towels. Our pool waiter, Max Vegas, was absolutely the BEST! Very attentive and extremely pleasant. We highly recommend the Paradisus Los Cabos. Thanks to all for making our vacation relaxing and memorable!

    Great resort on a swimming beach

    Great place with great service and fun activities. We had a great time and enjoyed every aspect of our vacation, from the exceptional customer service and staff, to the food and the activities, it was all great! A stand out staff member at the pool was Servendo. He's a hard worker and helped us with cabana bed reservations and shared activities at the hotel and offsite. I highly recommend the Paradisus resort.

    An excellent stay

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff and service are all excellent. Carlos and Irving in the ice cream shop were especially nice, but all staff were helpful. The room was comfortable but beware that not all rooms have a nice view. We enjoyed all the restaurants, Sante was a favorite for dinner. There are different levels of accommodation and ours did not permit us to have lunch or breakfast there, only dinner. We did not realize this and it was embarrassing to be turned away. There is no printed guide giving the hours of each restaurant, and asking at guest services was not helpful. The pool area is beautiful and quite large, right alongside the ocean which is mostly not swimmable. As at all these all-inclusive resorts getting a lounge in the pool area is a problem. Higher level guests have reserved cabanas. There is a waitlist for those not occupied by 11am. We got on a waitlist via guest services but later learned some people secure a cabana with a quiet tip to the pool staff. Needless to say we were too far down on the waitlist and had a hard time getting a spot with some shade. Overall we enjoyed Paradisus and would return but it is helpful to know the ins and outs.

    Back to Cabo San Lucas 2025

    Awesome trip back to Cabo with the ILT Seniors Golf Vacation Group here at Paradisus resort. Had both wine and tequila tasting (educational) from Jorge. Wines from France, Chile and Mexico. Tequilas from Mexico. Kudos to all - Jorge, Activity Directors (Cesar) and assistants!
