The service at this hotel is outstanding. Our concierge, Cristina, was friendly, accommodating and catered to our every whim. All the managers and servers at the various restaurants were attentive and made us feel welcome, especially Carlos and Susanna at Malva, Raul at Tokimeku and Guadalupe at the pool service was amazing. Even the evening barista at the Nespresso bar, Daniel was awesome. We will definitely be back!

Another excellent Melia Cabo stay
Been coming here since 1996- bought 1 st ‘timeshare’ here. Now upgraded to New Circle Black. Works for us, but ask many questions with jaundiced eye if choose to buy. Excellent food and service- Mexican (Eduardo) and Italian ( Fabian and manager Ignacio) were standouts. Angel and Rodrigo in Reserve bar. Boys by the pool very attentive, especially Carlos- he even shared some inside info for good surf spots. Most beautiful beach and view of any of the MELIÁ resorts (and we’ve been big fans of the DR resorts for a long time).

Guadalupe
We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The food and the drinks were amazing as well as the service. One employee stood out the most to us. Her name was Guadalupe. She was caring, friendly and she was always happy to help us. This resort is lucky to have her! We will truly miss her

i enjoyed my stay with my best friend. rooms were clean. the beach was nice. i liked the amount of activities available. food was hit or miss and service was always very slow. more staff should be hired so that they could be more efficient. servando at the pool was the best. the resort had a very chill vibe. definitely an older crowd (probably because it was may). the water was not too hard. my hair stayed soft the entire trip. the suckling pig tacos at the mexican restaurant were the best.

Good food but slow service
The property was very cute! Servando at the pool deck was so nice and accommodating. The restaurants were good but service was always slow. We were waiting at least 45 minutes for food. Overall, the experience was fun and there are many activities to take part in.
