    Amazing beach l, amazing service.

    Carlos from the beach took amazing care of us and made our trip feel very special. The weather was perfect and the service was even more perfect. If there’s one thing to take away from this review is that the service at this hotel is incredible and the folks who work here seem to really enjoy providing it. We had a great time.     Love this place!

    The resort was wonderful Andres and Daniel at pool were extra amazing, and always made sure we towels and anything else we needed. Susanna is at breakfast always greeted us with a smile. All the people were incredible and food was for an all inclusive was 10/10

    Amazing pool experience!!!

    This place was wonderful. The pool was great especially Andres and Daniel. They never let a need go unfulfilled. The entire staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay the best yet. We will definitely be planning another trip here soon!!

    Perfect honeymoon experience

    They’re top notch in customer service, even with irate customers they showed composure and respect. Juventino was our concierge and highly recommended. Friendly and goes out of his way to go the extra mile. Very relaxing area although I wished they’d advertise or showcase their timeshare/excursion availability. We got swindled by a $19 cab ride in exchange for a ‘tour’ and some low rate excursions. It turned out to be a timeshare expo and had to do all the touring and telling them no after 3-4 hours. Was worth it for the two excursions at a low rate, but wasn’t expecting that. The resort offers their own, so probably a better effort to host that ESPECIALLY at the airport would be nice.

    Wonderful Anniversary Celebration

    Chose this destination to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary, and absolutely loved it here! The resort was beautiful and very well kept. The food was excellent, and high end quality! Everyone so friendly and hardworking! A special shout out to Justino, our concierge who was always available for us, and who decorated our room beautifully for our anniversary. Also, a special shout out to Belen who provided an awesome 80 minute full body massage; Rosaura, our beautiful waitress at Malva; Daniel, our pool concierge; Guadalupe (Lupita) pool waitress; Cesar, our waiter at Agua Marina; Susana, friendly and energetic activity personnel, and all our awesome bar tenders at the swim up pool bar! Cannot wait to come back!
