Great service from Katy at a the Karnica. She recommend a great wine for my daughter which just turned 18. Tomahawk is large to share with at least 4 people. It was fantastic

INCREDIBLE RESORT! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - 10/10!
I stayed at this resort for five days in a Family Concierge Suite for my birthday and my experience was absolutely incredible! I've stayed at other inclusive resorts in other countries, but I've never experienced all-inclusive buffet and restaurant options (especially with healthy and good food). The people, including our concierge Ricardo and the supervisors Pilar and Milly were incredibly attentive and helpful, even when we faced a minor issue at the start of our stay. If you want to stay somewhere with people who genuinely care about creating an experience for you and making sure your stay is enjoyable, I would definitely recommend this place. From the taste of the food to the activities they have throughout each day (dancing, avocado oil making classes, water aerobics, and spin classes), this place is great for couples and families, and also close to popular spots in Punta Cana, such as Coco Bongo and Noah restaurant. It also has great room options and swim up upgrades! 10/10!

Vaca for the whole family
We had a wonderful time. The food was very good especially at the kids water park. Quality choices not just chicken nuggets. The staff are top tier, fun, and professional. I’ll definitely be back!

Breakfast at Origen
A Fantastic Start! The breakfast experience at Origen in Gran Cana was truly exceptional, thanks to the incredible team! Domingo, Andrés, Marilin, Pedro, Luis Miguel, and Kirsy consistently delivered outstanding service. They were all so attentive, friendly, and efficient, making every morning a pleasure. From greeting us with warm smiles to ensuring our coffee cups were always full, their dedication made a huge difference. The atmosphere they created was inviting and welcoming. We truly appreciated their hard work and positive energy. Without a doubt, the breakfast crew at Origen is a highlight of Gran Cana, and they deserve immense praise for their commitment to guest satisfaction.

We had a great time! The concierge service was definitely worth it. Thaina and Leonardo made our stay absolutely perfect!! We will be back!
