We live in New Jersey. We really had a great time at the Paradisus hotel with family visiting the U.S. from Korea. The friendly staff welcomed us from the moment we arrived at the hotel, and loved the delicious food, clean facilities, and well-organized system.

Great experience
Samuel in Cielo is best !!! Most caring and knowledgeable server we were had! Great job We are in Melia Paradisus Cancun . We are here for family festivities with friends. Really recommend to go to this Mexican restaurant. Superb! Have fun for everyone

The best Resort Experience
Where to even began… the Paradisus Resort will be definitely my top number one pick for a resort to stay at in Cancun. Reason being is the food, scenery, and most of all the staff. Starting with Oscar, Bernardo, Victor, Jacob, and our wonderful bartender Luis, these men have the most wonderful energy, personality, always smiling, made us feel at home, and just all around made us want to book our next trip here. We definitely will miss them! Yamil, was the smiling face you see in the morning when walking to get your coffee from him on the adult side, who was absolutely fantastic. Gabby and Salvadore at Ginger 2 Bar, if you want laughter and wonderful drinks they are the ones you need to go too! They are the nighttime life who truly takes care of you. And last but not least you have Arce our server at lemon fish, genuine care and just all around phenomenal! We love this resort and will miss it a ton!!!!

Dinner at lemon. Fish
Miguel Jorge in Lemon Fish was amazing, very professional and helpful. The food was great, every item we ordered was wonderful and tasted yummy. I highly recommend it if you’re staying here. Miguel deserves big fat raise and make sure to keep him and serve is next year.

Home away from home
Amazing food and service! So clean and the food is SO GOOD! Had the pleasure to meet Arce at Lemon fish who couldn’t have served us any better! To the amazing bartenders/waiters/waitresses Luis, Oscar, Jacob, victor, Barnardo and Gabby on the Adult only side. To the amazing bartenders at the Ginger bar #2 Gabby and Salvador! We were treated like royalty and because of all these people is why we continue to come back! We have been to this resort twice and will be back for our third trip is April! Can’t wait to see you all again! Whoop whoop
