    Long time repeat and loyal guests

    We are long time repeat and loyal guests at Palm Court Hotel thanks to manager Anne Jacques. She wrote the book on the art of guest hospitality and knows how to take great care of her guests. The hotel rooms, grounds and gardens are very well kept. The location is also excellent. We will keep coming back. Thank you Anne and team.

    Excellent hotel and staff

    This was our 3rd visit to Palm Court Hotel. The hotel is located inside a fenced and gated property surrouned by beautiful gardens. You feel very safe there. All rooms are very clean and in excellent condition. The hotel manager Anne provides excellent service to her guests. The restaturant staff are also great. We look forward to returning for a 4th visit in November 2025. Thank you Anne and team.

    Tea for Eloise

    We had a wonderful yea at the Palm Court. Delicious tea sandwiches and desserts. The scones and lemon cream were favorites. A special day for our Eloise. Thanks to Shamir for wonderful service.

    Lovely boutique hotel

    Great location just a short walk to orient beach and fabulous restaurants. The accommodation was great. Cute efficiency apartment with kitchen. The bed and pillows could’ve been a bit softer for me. Breakfast, European style, was included. Fresh fruit, bread, cold cuts, cheese, & coffee. Unfortunately, made to order breakfast items such as omelette, etc. , and juice is an extra charge. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

    Nightmare

    Gilles son,Tristan, greeted us. He was abrupt and insulting, called me f______ stupid when the safe would not open with my code. He wanted us to use the code he put in. Who would do that? He told us the unit was his and we had to leave. He seized our luggage and attempted to put it outside. My husband, with heart issues, struggled with him to take it back. He then seized the other bag and did the same. He told my husband “Your wife is stupid.” We refused to leave the unit. With that, he said “You Americans.” He made a phone call and left. Minutes later, Gilles arrived. He did not apologize for his son’s bizarre behavior. He said he was there to “hear our side of the story.” Really? When we related the episode to him he said “His son has a lot to learn.” We are in our eighties and Tristan is probably in his twenties. Other guests at the hotel related they had difficulty with their safe.
