The overwater bungalows were amazing. All the staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Roberto with Bell Service was extremely helpful and pleasant. Are butlers Janet and Fernando took care of everything we needed and we above and beyond to ensure we have an incredible experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an over the water bungalow experience to book a stay at Palafitos.

5 stars! Surpassed our expectations!
We just celebrated our 1st anniversary at Palafitos Overwater Bungalows, and I can confidently say it was a 10-star experience from start to finish. The service was truly unparalleled. Our butlers Enrique, William, and Alberto were absolutely exceptional. Attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind, they anticipated every need before we even knew we had one. Having our own butlers elevated the entire experience and made us feel so cared for and celebrated. The culinary experience was equally extraordinary. The chefs and food were world-class, every meal felt intentional, beautifully presented, and worthy of a five-star restaurant. It exceeded every expectation. We had a hiccup with Lomas transportation when we arrived to the FBO and needed to wait over an hour for a driver, but they took care of us by discounting our next 2 rides. On our final day, the team surprised us with an upgrade to the best bungalow, which was such an incredible gesture and made our anniversary trip unforgettable. That level of thoughtfulness truly sets this property apart. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond. The warmth, professionalism, and pride they take in what they do is evident everywhere on the property. The water was stunningly turquoise, the weather was absolutely perfect, and the entire setting felt like something out of a dream. If you’re looking for an overwater bungalow experience (without going to the Maldives) with impeccable service, breathtaking views, true luxury at a reasonable price, this is it. We will never forget this anniversary and we will be back!

Best resort for a calm yet fun getaway

Wonderful Stay!
We absolutely loved our time here!! The beach and water are spectacular, the food is above and beyond delicious, everyone who worked there was very helpful and kind (special shoutout to Yasser and Aldo who were so wonderful!), the bungalow was very comfortable, and the Palafitos area of the resort was very quiet. We had a very relaxing, warm, restorative stay!
