Oct 16, 2026LOVE the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber!!!
I always love staying at an Outrigger property because they always make me feel so special! David at the Bell Desk was great and helped me with my bags as soon as I arrived and was also there when I departed helping me again. He was always super friendly, checking on my day when I went in and out of the hotel which made it feel like home. Jenny at the front desk was also so nice and helpful, she checked me in last time too. And thank you to the General Manager Cece who sent me a personal note with some welcome gifts to make me feel like the ultimate VIP! The chocolates and cookies were so good, the waters kept me hydrated, and the tote was so cute to carry all my things to the beach! Easily one of my favorite hotels to stay at! It’s so close to the action, but your room is like a little peaceful oasis to rest in between. Mahalo for everything Waikiki Beachcomber, I will be back soon!

Kristina was absolutely the reason we chose to stay at the beach comber Waikiki. She went far out of her way to help us with the booking, and made sure that all of our questions were answered. Only wish everyone would be as helpful and capable as she was.

Beachcomber is GREAT stay, Zhi Yi was BRAVO
Zhi Yi was wonderful housekeeping! We love Outrigger, usually we stay at the OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beachcomber but sometimes the OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort. This trip we stayed on the 24th floor. Location is prime at the Beachcomber, love the front desk staff. Great value.

Perfect location in Waikiki
Not on the beach if that is what you want, but decent ocean view, and perfectly placed on the main strip, and short walk to the beach, renting boards etc. Just know: Technically, you can open the patio doors but AC systems in neighborhood are very loud. Very uncomplicated team at the reception desk helping us out. Loved the yoga in the morning. Good value we would stay again.

i dont usually write reviews but i really had to for Carleen. we’re travelling from Australia for our cruise and during the fire alarm i started panicking especially because my mum who is a senior was alone in our room. She was so calm and reassuring and kept us updated. she even called our room to check on mum and took down her details in case she needed extra help if it was a real emergency. that honestly meant a lot to me and helped me calm down and feel safe knowing someone was looking out for my mum. she was training Joyce at the time too and Joyce was also really helpful in assisting her. i didnt get the chance to thank her properly at checkout because the front desk was busy so i wanted to leave this review instead. you dont forget when someone makes you feel safe especially when youre so far from home. thank you Carleen for being so caring and going out of your way to look after us. you really deserve the recognition ❤️
