This hotel, especially the staff, were fantastic! It is located right in the middle of EVERYTHING!!! Cheesecake Factory across the street, all kinds of shops, liquor stores all around and fabulous cuisine! I have to send a special shout-out to Cece, Yuki, Alexandra, Carleen and everyone who worked tirelessly to ensure our stay was great! I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, kindness and sense of urgency when we had an issue two days before our departure. Thanks to the team of co-workers who held our hand to ensure we were satisfied with our stay! We WILL be back! T. McVey | Stay: July 21st thru July 27, 2025.

The bad: Valet parking is mandatory and over $55 per day after taxes. Even their best rooms feel outdated. The TV has a wooden frame around them that prevent you from using your own media players. You cannot reach any of the ports in the back. The AC is insufficient to keep the room cool during the day. Bathroom doors are see-through and don’t have any way to lock. Impossible to go #2 in private lol. The good: Staff is super friendly and fully embody the spirit of Aloha. Location is great with a large portion of the rooms having partial ocean view (all are partially obstructed by other taller buildings). Valet service is excellent. The cafe offers online ordering for coffee (not food). Close to everything you will need to make your stay perfectly comfortable. Even Walmart is walking distance.

Kudos to Ryan!
Ryan from housekeeping brought a large number of towels up to our room (not part of his duty at all) when he learned that we need them for an early excursion the next day. He declined a tip. Would stay here again because of him. Mahalo Ryan for outstanding customer service!

EXCELLENT HOTEL, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Returning Guests over here! Love staying at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel. Our choice of hotel given its location and very friendly staff. From the moment you check-in, we were greeted with a warm welcome. Special thanks to KRISTINA in the front desk for always going above and beyond to make sure our stay is/was to our expectations! KRISTINA is definitely the kindest, sweetest person and makes you feel at home. The rooms are modern and clean. ZAI, our housekeeper in our floor, always made sure our room was good. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Oahu! Mahalo to the staff here for another memorable stay!!

Great time
Florence did such a wonderful job with housekeeping and was always so friendly. All the staff was so friendly and the room was great!
