Conveniently located close to everything in Waikiki. Clean rooms, nice view and great hospitality all around. We left jewelry in our room when we checked out but got it back from the housekeepers that greeted us daily Zoraida, Ivy and Florencia.

Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber experience

Awesome stay - will be back!
7 days at the beginning of September 2025. Beautiful experience. Checked in by the lovely Kristina. She also helped us get a shuttle a couple of days to go over to the outlet stores at Waikele - nothing was too much trouble. We were hot tired and thirsty anfter an 9 hour flight and she gave us the opportunity to check in earlier. We ended up with a better room than what had been booked originally. She also gave us the discount card to use at Hawaii Aroma Cafe, Maui Brewing Co and 3 other outlets. We were on the 4th floor and Zeny was our housekeeper. She was amazing, ensuring our room was kept clean and spotless everyday. We loved how central and close to everything this hotel was. ABC stores are so close. Hubby had a really sore knee so walking was a bit of an issue but he managed just fine because everything is at hand. Room was very spacious and tidy. I actually like the decor even though everyone says it is dated. Used the laundry - easy peasy - and the fabric softener sheets had all our clothes smelling lovely. I would totally stay here again it’s a lovely hotel and the staff we encountered were lovely as well. Auana Cirque De Soleil show was playing at the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely be back.

Great location, well maintained and updated property
Zeny the housekeeper did a great job of checking in with us to make sure everything related to our stay was as we had hoped it would be. Kudos to her and the rest of the staff for making our stay a positive one.

Girls holiday in Waikiki
Wonderful position close to beach and shops. Very easy to catch the buses for various tours and to the big shopping centre
