Perfect resort in Waikiki
This property was in the perfect spot along Waikiki beach, we walked to everything during my stay for the Honolulu Marathon. The entire staff is so friendly and inviting and they really take their time to talk to you and listen. Alex at the front desk was so accommodating to us, we enjoyed the on property restaurants, especially Monkey Pod. Everything we tried was so fresh, handmade and delicious! Wonderful staff. The housekeeping is very clean, our room was perfect and we just loved staying here. I also enjoyed the fact that i didnt have to walk a long way to my room. Some resorts are so big it takes forever, but this resort is the perfect size so I didnt have to wait long for a elevator or to run back to the room for something. I would stay again.

I stayed here a few weeks ago and I had a great stay. I am used to staying in quieter properties in Waikiki and was a bit concerned about the noise and too many kids factor but it was fine. The rooms are nice and newly renovated thebed was comfy and I always slept well. Rooms very clean housekeeping is great. The AC is hit and miss as this is an older property. Hotel is located to everything and is very walkable. The breakfast is ok, I would skip the included breakfast unless traveling with family- there are so many excellent places for breakfast in Waikiki you should at least explore the options, there is so much good food in Hawaii. The staff here is also very kind and welcoming. The food was pretty good but I did notice it was a lot saltier than I am used to so drink lots of water. Speaking of water, the refillable water stations are awesome - you can fill a jug or your water bottle all day long in the lobby with cold water- great touch! Pool and jacuzzi was very nice to come back to after long days of sightseeing. Would stay here again.

FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!
The Outrigger Reef Beach Resort is a FABULOUS experience. We've stayed at all the Outriggers in Waikiki, and this one is the winner. Quiet location, VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL staff. The food and liquor drinks, on the Club Level is amazing. Worth every penny to pay for Club Level. Our housekeeper, Joana L. took excellent care of us and our room. Making sure we had what we needed daily. She's a gem! The entire hotel was renovated a few years ago, and everything is 5-star beautiful. You won't go wrong staying here. We intend to return often. Thank you Outrigger Reef for a wonderful vacation. Your Holiday decorations are gorgeous.
