Very beautiful hotel and the food is amazing! We had Synise as our waitress at the Holua Poolside Bar & Lounge, she was super helpful and right about how good the chicken sandwich is!! Im gonna tell everyone about this place for sure, and ask for Synise, she's the best!!

Fun Time at Outrigger Kona
We enjoyed our stay. The room had a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed the waterslide and the pool. The valets were great, too. We really appreciated the service in the Voyager 47 lounge. Thank you, Tessa, Tyler, Pua, Fred, Celeste, Sharlaine, and Robyn. They made us feel the spirit of aloha with their kindness and welcoming presence. Thank you to all of them.

Honeymoon
Best experience ever!! Came here for my honeymoon and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was phenomenal down to the last detail. All the hosts were exceptional, including Tessa and Sharlaine. Everyone made our trip so special and the resort was impecable. Can't wait to come back!

Outrigger Kona 2025
I went for a conference, so I didn't have time to lounge by the pool, but did get to walk around the property. The manta ray deck is spectacular, and I would stay there again just to see that. The pool is also impressive with the most beautiful views of the ocean. I wish that I could've extended my stay to enjoy the hotel, but I had to get home. The renovations are also well done, and the rooms are huge. Most hotel rooms in Hawaii are a lot smaller. I got the upgrade to the lounge, and it was well worth it. The breakfast was pretty good. They had eggs, breakfast meats, rice, potatoes, and pastries, They had Kona coffee, tea, and local juices. They had wine, beer, and a couple of cocktail choices in the evening with a variety of food including poke. They only negative thing may be that there are birds that fly in, but it's Hawaii, so this is somewhat expected. The lounge staff was also very friendly. They definitely embody the "Aloha Spirit." I wish I could remember all of their names, but I only remember Tessa. They also had food trucks and a farmer's market on Wednesday, but I'm not sure if they're there on other days as well. Other than that, if you don't have a car, you'll probably have to uber to a restaurant, unless you don't mind walking a little or you could just eat on property. Duke's wasn't open yet, but I think they'll open soon.

Most accommodating staff I’ve encountered in a very long time, plus the view from the room was excellent.
Wonderful time. Great room, great view and great staff/associates. V/47 experience was equally wonderful. The associate, specially Teresa and Maria made us feel like we were family! We hope everyone has an opportunity to meet these special people!!
