    Exceeded our expectations

    Excellent service... friendly and capable staff...[ a special shout out to Sheila who works at the pool and the beach] . She went over and above in a service capacity. The food was excellent and the rooms very clean. I would highly recommend the Oleo for those who are looking for a relaxed and carefree experience. We shall return!

    World class service and great ammenities

    The service was the best of any hotel i've ever visited! Everyone was lovely and the food was absolutely delicious specifically in the mediterranean restaurant (Almar) and the waiter Roger was the best waiter on the planet. It was a pleasure to meet all the barmen, waiters and employees of the hotel, with standouts being Roger the waiter, Roberto, Enrique and Felipe the barmen as well as Ham, Ingrid and Mariano the waiters! The pool was great as well as the gym, the room service was quick, other guests were lovely, the hotel's location (being near the airport and also on the seafront) was one of the best in the world and the excursions (when booked through the hotels) to Chichen Itza and Isla Mujeres were great fun

    Attentive Staff

    Small resort with great service. The staff all over the resort is quick to ask if I need or want anything. From the moment we checked in to when we were checking out, the staff was offering assistance with bags, offering drinks and information on food.We found the food in the buffet, the grill and the Italian restaurant to be excellent. I especially enjoyed the ceviche at the grill. The bartenders were so attentive that they knew what drink to hand me before I asked.

    From the time we arrived until the time we left the staff was excellent! Everyone there was very polite and friendly and was willing to help or do in any way to make sure we were comfortable and felt taken care of! Enrique and Mariano to name a couple were excellent. Manuel who greeted us and checked us in was great also!

    Just came back traveled 7/16-7/21 2025 such an amazing time. The best bartender to look out for is Enrique by the pool! Great for a girls trip and birthday celebrations.
