    AMAZING!

    The hotel is incredible, even with the sargassum, I loved being here. The shows and all the dancers are very professional. I'd a lot of fun, as did my family. I'll definitely be back on my next vacation. The staff is very friendly, and the specialty restaurants are delicious!

    We are having a very good time. Yhara is very friendly and helped us with the check in process which was easy, fast and smooth. I truly recommend this hotel.

    Ocean Riviera Paradise by H10 review

    At the Blue Moon restaurant at supper time(7 P.M.), a curly hair waiter asked my son if he was going the next day to which he replied yes. The waiter offered a free 45 USD lobster with the purchase of a 50 USD wine bottle. The 50 USD was paid in cash. The waiter was laughing all the time. The next morning, upon leaving, my son was charged the 50 USD a second time on his room bill and the manager refused to accept his explanation, so he had to pay. The bus was waiting outside, ready to leave. When we first waited for our rooms to be ready, we put our luggage in a room in the lobby with everybody else. Later, my daughter in law went to retrieve her luggage and it was not there anymore. The bellboy went out a few minutes and came back with pictures of her luggage asking if it was her’s and said he would bring it to her room later on. He did bring it to her room and was expecting a tip for the service. Customers smoke and use electronic cigarettes and vapes on the hotel premises especially around the “Privilege” pool.

    Xavier was excellent! My butler

    My butler Xavier was exceptionally amazing ! He was friendly and kind . He was very helpful, he made my trip peaceful I will come back and hope to meet Xavier again !

    Very informal and engaging. Kids loved the scavenger hunt and adults also enjoyed!! Great experience!❤️ Ladies were so much fun and made it very entertaining for kids!!
