if you want great food... this isnt the place. -the only 2 places i would recommend are Pez Vela and Amaranto for breakfast and lunch buffet. Margarita Mexican restaurant is waful all around, if you want real Mexican food, this isnt the place. just awful.. and it 85% empty and we still had to wait over 30 minutes for a table !!! Steakhouse, what a shame... grey colored, paper thin flank steak, cool, bland mashed potatoes, what a disappointment. La Locanda Italian, food was bland and lacked flavor. small cockroaches climbing on the wall and on my chair, i left right away. The hotel lobby bar was the best place to hang out and get drinks, we did this every night after our bad dining experiences. Amenities: pools are great and pool bars as well- dont expect high quality liquor but the bar tenders and the vibe are great - We booked a junior suite, however, they dont tell you that its in the "kids" area, so we upgraded @ an extra cost of course and then the vultures swoop in @ check in to upgrade you to " premium" which we declined but its very unprofessional and uncomfortable! the junior suite in the Eden area is great. big, roomy, 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, large bathroom, with a balcony overlooking the pool. There arent enough umbrellas either @ the beach or any other pool. you have to go super early, place your towels/ personal belongings on loungers otherwise, you're screwed.

Probably not a five star hotel. Rooms were kept clean and bed was comfortable. Food choice was ok didn’t go hungry. Although some restaurants you had to wait for. Also booking system for restaurants not the best, you can only book on the day not in advance and for one restaurant you had to queue to book at 8am! Cocktails and drinks were very sweet so not to my taste. Entertainment not the best and repeated weekly, so if you’re there for 2 weeks…. Lots of the daytime activities for privilege rooms only. Karaoke nearly every night, loud Americans shouting down a microphone not really my cup of tea. Piano player was good if u could hear him over the loud cackling people still in there from karaoke. Also a no smoking resort but allowed shish pipes to be smoked indoors inside the small piano bar! Probably better used outside space! Lots of seaweed on the beach and didn’t seem to be cleaned up very often probably due to time of year and a never ending job for staff. Not many choices of swimming pools unless you are in privilege accommodation. Was plenty of sun loungers at the time of visit.

Lovely welcome! Excited to start our holiday! Resort is beautiful and we were welcomed to the privilege area with fresh drinks of strawberry daiquiri and milkshakes for the children. Our bags have been taken straight to the room also. Thank you Jennifer!

Service was amazing in Privilege, Jennifer was exceptional, hotel looks beautiful, would recommend, Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond, from concierge assistance to housekeeping. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.xx
