Daniella in the kids club did the most amazing face paint tonight. Anna and Daniella have made our daughter’s holiday complete. All the activity’s, it’s the best resort with the best staff.

Went to ORP with friends & although we loved this resort, some improvements can be made. Firstly, the food was great! Especially the privilege breakfast and Blue Moon. They have improved their Prosecco for mimosas (could be a little more dry since the juice sweetens it). The grounds are very clean, love the many pool options-never feels crowded & to top it off, the waiters & bartenders at the “party pool” were fantastic. Mike’s coffee is THE BEST! Joaquin in the lobby is the best! Our butler Adrian was amazing! So attentive & helpful. Absolutely love the activities incl: Karaoke, silent disco & bowling. So much fun! Some improvements I would suggest is better accommodation for seating-I shouldn’t have to be separated from my friends in an half empty restaurant with large tables available- a grp of 5 for lunch. Little bugs in the room- found what looked like spidermites on the unit below the tv, desk & closet- could be steam cleaned. Ensure toilets are fully functional in rooms-our wouldn’t flush properly. That said, it did not affect our fun. This place remains one of our favs in MR. Overall, great resort! Beautiful & well maintained with hard working staff! We will definitely return.

Incredible staff.
This was an incredible resort. The stuff is second to none. Ariz and Xavier were incredible. They ensured we were well looked after each day. Pool attendant Julio was wonderful as well. Recommend getting Privledge package. More than worth it.

Great first visit
First time at this place and it didn't disappoint. Stayed in the privilege section i want to say thanks to Hugo for everything what a genuine nice guy. Would Definitely recommend Hugo as your butler / friend when in the resort We are back in April 2026 so until then Hugo thanks The room we where given we got a free upgrade to pool view what was better than the garden view, sun all day you can sit in your hot tub watching the world go by the staff at privilege and the pool bar where great the beach was fine food good all top shelf liquor xx on draft or Heineken cans at bar lobby bar cool too so thanks ocean riviera paradise

Just what the doctor order...lots of FUN!
Good location Wonderful atmosphere everyone staff and guest were very hospitable and friendly 😀 The staff driving the trolley were curtious respectful safety conscious funny, and always available. Keep up the good work 👏🏽 The rooms were perfect in that the beds were comfortable and thr rooms were a nice size. However the cleaning staff was stingy with the wash cloths. We had to hassle them about a wash cloth and coffee refills 🙁 Other than that I had a great time. Keep up the good work 👏🏽
