    Cancun vacation

    The hotel is very nice, clean, lots of palm trees, variety of restaurants with great food. There are activities all day and the team is doing great job engaging everyone. Viri was a joy to communicate with and for us she was the best! The rooms are spacious and with the ocean view was amazing. Great atmosphere during the evening activities.

    The best experience and vacation ever

    Wow!!!!! Is the best way to describe Ocean Maya Royale. From the beautiful scenery to the awesome food to the energetic entertainment team. The entertainment team is worth the trip alone!!!!! I will have to say Viri was so helpful, so fun and enjoyable, and she made it a point to remember our names and came to speak with us every day and invite us to the next event. Suzy was amazing, she was so fun and inviting and a beautiful dancer. Words can't describe the energy and awesomeness that Kendell brought to the resort!!! He is the entertainment staff manager and does a wonderful job, i would come to the resort just for him and his staff they are so awesome

    Mexico is awesome 👌

    We had an amazing experience at ocean may royale. The experience team was the highlight of the week. Viri was amazing and very personable. I was impressed that she remembered everyone's names everyday and always made sure we were having an amazing day. Suzy was very entertaining and interactive. Kendall was amazing amd such a beautiful soul. He definitely brought the energy.

    Viri is the best!

    The experience team was outstanding. Viri was so energetic and made sure everyone was having a fun time. Everyone did the pool aerobics and had so much fun. The amount of energy exerted by the entertainment staff is incredible. They only want to be sure you are having a great time. Viri was the best! We did lunch at El Charro and loved Angel. Excellent top notch service.

    Love this resort!

    This was our 4th visit to Ocean Maya Royale and one of our favourite resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico. It’s a small resort so you get to know the staff quickly and they are all so friendly and helpful. Our butler, Leidy, was excellent. She sought us out everyday to check on us - we never had to go to her. The beach was great and we swam in the ocean every day. Can’t wait to go back!
