Jul 13, 2025We LOVED Ocean Coral and Turquesa
We went to Ocean Coral and Turquesa for a family reunion July 6-13 2025! We absolutely LOVED our stay! The staff are absolutely incredible- we were all blown away by their friendliness, kindness and warm helpful hospitality! We all opted for the El Baso package- I would highly recommend it as the private adult only pool is well worth it and the rooms are apparently much nicer. A few of us stayed in rooms facing the forest - if you’re an animal lover ask for these rooms- I promise you will absolutely love it! We had the pleasure of watching and interacting with Coatis, Agoutis, raccoon families, cats, iguanas and lizards daily which was just amazing! If you get a chance to do Elizabeth’s classes or Fabian’s pool classes I would highly recommend it ! They were beyond fantastic and were so friendly, warm and kind ! We will miss you guys!!! Ricardo from the pool bar was always so helpful and kind in providing us beverages and Daniel from The El Bistro Bar and the French restaurant provided great service as well! He even accommodated our reservation at the French restaurant to accommodate a couple more members of our family! The food at the buffet was simply delicious with items changing daily! They usually had a theme night for suppers and even served a huge sashimi bar which was so tasty! Antonio and Alberto took amazing care of our family during our stay- we actually cried upon leaving as the service was just wowing! I would go back for the service for sure! The staff became like extended family! We even exchanged social media accounts with some of them ! The a la carte restaurants are a great experience as well! We all loved the El Bistro Bar and ate there almost daily- the tuna was a favourite among all of us! Unfortunately the seaweed took over the beach while we were there but we enjoyed it so much we actually hardly noticed (it was a bit smelly during the stay but all part of the experience) (apparently it was the time of year we went) The entertainment was just incredible and changed nightly ! We all enjoyed the shows for sure! We would HIGHLY recommend the Ocean Coral and Turquesa hotel and will definitely come back again! The staff, animal zoo (I so loved feeding and interacting with the animals) and facilities were beyond outstanding! We were never bored and had a fabulous family reunion at this property! Good job to the staff! I will definitely be recommending you!

Our 2025 Vacation
We enjoyed ourselves so much as we always do coming here. It is very peaceful and quiet at the El Baso pool. Service is always so quick and the people here are so nice. Carlos as usual our butler he is the best, he always makes sure our needs are always answered. Very polite and professional checks on us multiple times daily and goes above and beyond.

the staff are great, especially at the pool bar! my favorites are gustavo, eduardo, alejandro, antonio, the workers around the pool too, justin, fernanda, and gabrielle! they were always very kind, funny, and energetic!!

Excellent swim up bar service
Gustavo Alejandro Eduardo Antonio these guys are top notch! They keep the drinks coming and are always coming up with drinks that are tasty! You won’t leave thirty or sober lol we’ve had a blast!

Amazing staff!
