Carlos y José were Amazing at the Privilege pool, they're incredible guys, very attentive with us understanding everything we need. We will back the next session. All you guys are doing a great services!

Jul 02, 2025Actual Objective Review: Good and Bad
We went for a birthday celebration. There were 11 of us. We all paid for the Privelage option, except for two of us, and they chose the El Besos option. The proximity to the airport ws nice, we arrived there quickly. We then waited in the hot, humid lobby for over 45 minutes for someone to check us in and get us our bracelets. It wouldn't have been so bad, but at one point, there were 7 employees walking around, and not one of them told us what the hold up was, that they were working on it, nothing. So check-in process needs work. The person that took us to the room was nice. Our first room's AC was not working. At all. Someone came to fix it, couldn't, and we were supposed to receive a phone call letting us know if we would be able to switch rooms. Nobody ever called. We had to go down next day and wait then come back multiple times before finally they allowed us to switch. Our room was extremely outdated. My sister was in the El Besos section, and her room had been upgraded. That figures. The food at the Privelage restaurant was good. So was the service. Service at the pool was decent, they could have used more people.

Eiden the bartender
Service at the pool bar was outstanding, especially Eiden who works extremely hard while being a great guy to talk to. One of my favorite employees I’ve been on all my times in Cancun and Riviera Maya.

Won’t return
We were there 3 years ago and it was very different. This year the restaurant reservation process was horrible. We could not get our entire group together for dinner with reservations and then the “walk in” restaurants were full and they actually were taking reservations. The restaurants were half full as well. Half of our group got some crazy rash on thier arms and legs. The pool was absolutely gross but we continued to drink to not think about it. Night foam party was awesome!!!!
- AdvisoryThe hotel does not accept Student Groups or Spring Breakers. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at the Hotel. A student group consists of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room.
