the staff are great, especially at the pool bar! my favorites are gustavo, eduardo, alejandro, antonio, the workers around the pool too, justin, fernanda, and gabrielle! they were always very kind, funny, and energetic!!

Gustavo Alejandro Eduardo Antonio these guys are top notch! They keep the drinks coming and are always coming up with drinks that are tasty! You won’t leave thirty or sober lol we’ve had a blast!

We brought our kids and were very excited to be on vacation. We had a rough time getting there because our airplane broke down. We ended up not being able to get a new flight until 3 days later. We contacted the hotel (which was very difficult) and were told that they would hold our room. Then when we finally got there ready to vacation we were told sorry you can only stay 2 of the 5 nights you paid for because you were late! I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t just shift our dates! I felt like I was in the twilight zone. They had plenty of availability they just said sorry nope. We had crying kids and I even cried while talking to the lady in charge. She just looked me in the face and said not going to help you sorry. We will never go back.

Extremely disappointed: Valuables Lost, No accountability from Hotel
I had a deeply upsetting experience at this hotel. A bag with my Michael Kors handbag, Apple Watch, AirPods, Ray-Ban sunglasses, and wallet(worth around **$2,000**) went missing from what the hotel called a “secured closet” in my room. I reported it right away. Ana Pérez, the Guest Service Manager, told me they would investigate and follow up within 24–48 hours. It’s now been weeks with **no proper response**. Despite my repeated emails, I still haven’t received clear answers. I simply asked a reasonable question: **Is there any camera footage showing me taking the bag out?** If not, where did the bag go? It entered the room but never left. Instead of addressing that, I was told it's either they find the bag or insurance will be involved—**a promise they failed to keep.** I never accused anyone of theft. I only asked for **responsibility** and answers about a serious incident. But instead, I was treated with silence, blame, and no support. Sadly, it seems the hotel does not stand by its word or value guest safety. If you care about your belongings and basic customer service, I would strongly advise reconsidering before staying here.
