What We Love
- The resort has a dive shop on-site, Provo Dive. The professional staff can show you the world under the sea with either PADI-certified scuba or snorkeling.
Things to Know
- Sitting on world-famous Grace Bay Beach, get two resorts for the price of one! Together, the resorts are a superb deal on luxury digs in paradise.
Relax by the spectacular free-form pool where waterfalls, bridges and a barbecue grill area add to the tropical vibe. Or, stroll out to beautiful Grace Bay Beach where 12 miles of beach beg you to sink your toes into the sugar white sand. With complimentary beach chairs, towels and toys for the kids, all you need to remember to bring are your shades and a good book from the resort's extensive book and DVD library.
When hunger strikes, try the Seaside Cafe. Located between the beach and the pool, the cafe features a unique Conch Bar where the island delicacy is served in several delicious ways. For more upscale digs and delicious vino, take the complimentary shuttle to the sister resort for an evening at Opus Wine Bar and Grill.
If you would rather dive than kick back, Provo Turtle Divers is our preferred dive shop. Let the oldest PADI-certified dive shop on the island introduce you to the cool and colorful world of coral reefs and clownfish with either full-out, multi-day scuba classes or an afternoon of snorkeling. Prefer recreation on land? The Provo Golf Course, an 18-hole championship course, holds a four-star rating from Golf Digest. Other land-based activities include shopping and free bicycles for a spin around the island.
If you're feeling saucy enough to tempt Lady Luck, Casablanca Casino is a short walk down Grace Bay Beach and features 12 gaming tables to test your prowess. Looking for relaxation of a different kind? Make way for ultimate luxury at Spa Tropique, where the Water Lily Wrap is sure to release any remaining stress.

The most amazing stay
What was meant to be a couples holiday ended up being a solo trip for myself. Then I had issues with my luggage, they were left in Canada by my airline but the lovely ladies at the reception did their best to cheer me up, to help me and to keep me updated the whole time. After being at the hotel for only a few days, most of the staff greeted me by my name and it felt like I had been there my whole life. I sadly had no hot water in my suit, so they got me another room for the night and then upgraded me for a beautiful gigantic room (which was very nice of them). Food was great, they had tons of gluten-free options (gf bread for breakfast, gf fish dishes, etc). Drinks were also very boozy and super fresh (special thanks to Jose for making the best Patròn margaritas and keeping me company oh and thanks to the lovely spanish lady working in the beach kitchen for making conversation with me). I also wanted to thank Giovanne for making my stay the most memorable, his concierge services exceeded my expectations and he took great care of me. Thanks to the whole team for this amazing stay. Can’t wait to come back. Would recommend 10/10. Daphnée x
The Kids Club Is Their Secret Weapon - Margaret Is The BEST!
My family just visited the West Bay Club for the first time. The friendly and welcoming staff told us about their Kids Club when we checked in. It's a separate space for kids where they participate in a variety of activities. We were told a woman named Margaret ran it and everyone at the club spoke of how great she was. We weren't sure we'd send our son, 4, there, but he said yes when we offered and so off he went on our first day. By the time we left a few days later, our son had spent a ton of time at the club, despite our multiple attempts to have him do something else. Each time we went to pick him up, he told us how much fun he was having and that he wanted to stay. Sometimes there were other kids there, sometimes it was just him, but each time, he had an awesome experience, thanks to Margaret. She is so kind and has such a wonderful way with children that really connects with them. Other parents we spoke with whose kids also visited the kids space said their kids had the same experience - they loved their time with Margaret and didn't want to leave each day. Our son built a rocket, went on a scavenger hunt, made a necklace, played superheroes and other activities that made him want to go back. If you're traveling with young kids and are looking for ways to keep them busy in a fun, productive, even educational way that lets you enjoy your vacation a bit as well, stay at the West Bay Club. Margaret is the jewel of the club and she will give your children such a wonderful experience. Margaret is the best - from her demeanor, her patience and the way she connects with kids, she is just the type of person you want your kids to spend time with. We left wanting to visit the West Bay Club again in large part to how terrific Margaret was.
Great place to stay on Provinciales
We stayed in the one bedroom luxury unit and it was great for space, amenities (fully functioning kitchen, in unit laundry, 6-8 water bottles provided everyday), cleaning, and the ocean view. The service was the best we received on the island. The pool was nice, the beach area was nice and big, and having walked the whole length of Grace bay we can say with certainty that it was also one of the nicest parts of the 12 mile beach. I will be honest though - the units were very overpriced. We were paying $1000 a night for an apartment that even in New York City would be going at half the price (at the higher price range). We could also hear when guests staying above us moved chairs around - and this has to do with a lack of cushioning pads under the chairs and jnot the best construction.in addition on our first night some machine on the property went hay wire and you could hear this loud obnoxious sound for about a good 30-45 mins at 2am in the morning before it was fixed/shutdown. The resort didn't apologize and when we asked the front desk what had happened the day shift staff didn't even know about the incident. All in all this place provides a lot of comforts but at $1000 it does not offer value for money anywhere in the world (which is a general theme if you are visiting Turks and Caicos).
I have been to West Bay Club many times with my husband. This time on a girls only vacation. It has become my favorite vacation spot. A short direct flight from NYC and you are in paradise. Beautiful weather, lovely relaxing hotel, warm and friendly staff. When I leave I am always planning my return.
An amazing hidden gem!
We loved our overall experience at West Bay Club!! Would 100% recommend! Perfect spot if you want to sit back relax on the beach or pool, also close to airport! Fun activities like snorkeling and easy taxi ride to shops and nearby restaurants! We were most amazed by how supportive and friendly all of the staff was, special shout out to Domareo for making us feel very welcomed! Inclusive breakfast every morning was also super convenient and nice workout room available! Suites were well worth it-clean, spacious and beautiful ocean-front views! Would definitely stay there again!
