    Ocean Blue and Sand Family - Albin, you’re the best!!

    Atmosphere was extremely welcoming, from the moment you get there until the time you leave. Every single staff member I/we encountered was very accommodating, helpful, polite, and happy. The staff made the experience absolutely amazing. The resort grounds were very clean and kept well. There was no trash on the ground and empty cups were quickly picked up. The area around the hotel wasn’t bad and there is a secure entrance to get down the resort street. I 100% recommend Amstar service to and from the airport. Other transportation that was set up by amstar for excursions was reliable, safe and comfortable. There are multiple pools with swim up bars. Although I prefer a adult only resort, this one is kid friendly and the resort does a very good job with this. Not once did I regret going there because there were kids. The rooms were nice, clean, comfortable and the housekeeping did a fantastic job. Our butler Albin made this stay exceptionally memorable. He was always available and made us feel like we were his only clients. He went out of his way to help with an item that was left behind and was able to get it to the airport before our flight left. Albin will definitely make you a priority and part of the Ocean Blue family. When we go back, we will 100% request him for our butler services.

    Do staff really enjoy working here?

    We have been here for two days and can count on one hand the number of friendly staff. I lost two fingers in a previous accident.

    Amazing bartenders

    Lieser and birnvenido Are Amazing bartenders. So friendly and creative with the drinks. You must try a drink made by them at ocean blue and sands
