Awesome stay!
I found this property excellent. The view and beach is spectacular. The staff was warming and welcoming. I found many choices at the buffets for breakfast and lunch. The staff made reservations for the three dinner restaurants, which I also found them excellent. The Mexican restaurant was superb with many different unique dishes. The room was clean, always had water and snacks in the fridge. I found the property, staff and location WONDERFUL!

First time in Cancun
First time in Cancun and had Ana amazing time ‘ the people at the resort was splendid , specially Jair and Victor from the entertainment staff who were amazing , always with the good vibes . The pool was so fun love the activities they had . And the beach was sooo amazing pretty . Definitely would recommend to come back is worth the price

Occidental Tucancun May 2025
Very nice hotel, on the beach with numerous swimming pools. All inclusive hotel that provides most of what you would need for your stay. Pleasant staff, I only went to the buffet restaurant for each mealtime but a good selection of food. Nightly entertainment in the theater. The end of May seems to be the time that seaweed invades the beach but the hotel did a good job in trying to get rid of it asap. Lifeguards on duty and is needed as the undercurrent is pretty strong and they kept a good watch. The hotel is well located close to the 'La Isl'a outdoor mall and other attractions within walkable distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.
