  Bad food

  PLEASE READ. IN DEPTH REVIEW. 1. I will say the people and staff were overall SO nice, caring and friendly. They made up for what was wrong. Beach view and pools were very nice, BUT the pool water is very cold and there is no hot tub. The bars don’t even have music besides the one main bar down by the pool which really killed the vibe, we had to bring a portable speaker to the bars during the day. The bars in general on the resort close by literally 11 PM sometimes midnight. They would have dancing and music but then it gets cut off. The drinks were served in sometimes DINING hall cups. Typically not the best but sometimes could find good ones. The drinks were very weak almost like the liquor was watered down. It was fun when they were open but the bars closing that early really ruined the vibe as there was no where else to listen to music or drink. BUT the people were very nice. The bartenders very fun and trying to accommodate, they poured our groups shot after shot after shot. Sucked to be shut down early but they at least tried their best. It sounds stupid but being served drinks in plastic dining hall cups from college also felt really weird. Did karaoke one night which was really fun! FOOD: not good, not worth it, the worst part. It was why I would never come here again. I have celiac so gluten free, but even if I didn’t it was not good. There are 3 restaurants in the resort. Mexican, Italian, and seafood. Most food in general wasn’t warm or fresh prepared, made in mass and served when ordered 1. Mexican was not good. Don’t even have corn tortillas. Fajitas mediocre not even warm. No traditional Mexican. Overall there’s no Mexican food really, no salsa or queso. The chips taste like stale cardboard. No tacos or tomales etc. only went once wouldn’t go again. 2. Italian also extremely bad. The sauces are thin and watery. The chicken looked like grey thickened fake food. Edible, but NOT good. The Gnocci and linguini okay, but everything else not for the most part. The pizza was barely cooked and mushy. Would not recommend at all 3. Seafood was the BEST. Actually extremely good so we Went twice. Bisque is amazing, all the seafood was actually very good everyone liked every meal, seemed actually cooked and appetizers good like crab cake and soups. 12/10 4. Buffets were not good. Yes you can find food to eat but overall just not good. There is a snack bar open all the time that sometimes has good food but otherwise you can’t count on it. Random arrays of food but just not the best. Sometimes they would have these snack tiny sandwich’s but you never knew when. There were usually soggy fries 5. The menus has symbols for allergies, but would say “gluten free” and then literally list the first ingredient as panko. Many things were not correct in that aspect, and the answer I got was nothing when brought up. I will say I did get the chefs number and he communicated with me to try and make sure everyday I had food I could eat which was super helpful of him. They texted everyday to see what I wanted to make sure I was able to find something 6. Overall my best part of the food was eating at the airport on my way back.

  Awesomeness

  We were treated like royalty from the minute we stepped into the hotel. Our luggage was taken care of. Our room was fantastic and our needs met. The meals at the restaurants were delicious and catered to by smiles and friendly staff. David.from the club made sure that we would be taken care of and available if we had questions. The pools the beach the bars met every expectation. Highly recommend ‼️

  I would recommend this hotel 100%, from the time I arrived until I left (10days), I was completely satisfied. Location is 10/10, the beach is one of the best I have been on, nevermind having 3 pools overlooking the beautiful beach. Employees were extremely polite, and service was great! I found the food very good, I did not try the alacarte restaurants, as I was travelling solo! There were great views from the restaurants, and overall, everything was perfect. We, my family and I would like to return in 2026! We look forward to coming back to this resort.

  Stay

  The hotel was beautiful. Saff was extremely friendly. However, the room was not clean properly, and furinture was stain and worn. Plus, there was leak in the room and mold on the wall.

  Our second home.

  A very good place, has a lot to offer. Also very good location. We've been coming here every year and we still love it.
