    Stunning place thanks to the amazing staff.

    The atmosphere is extremely friendly, the whole staff crew go above and beyond to make the best experience possible for us, I will make a special mention for their stunning work and a big thanks to them for the great service, professionalism, dedication, and commitment to Guadalupe Reyes, Enrique Barranco and Cristian Suarez. We felt in love with the hotel because of the location, amenities, but honestly mostly for their great service and hospitality. So now I can proudly say that I got the membership, obviously planning on coming back often.

    Nice resort. Easy check in. Staff have been more than exceptional. The beach and pool areas are nice. This time of year it was not crowded. They even had birthday cake sent to the room for my husbands birthday.

    Perfect Stay with Amazing Staff, Great Location, and Memorable Moments!

    Great location, close to airport and mall. Easy to get around. Staff was absolutely amazing and made you feel welcomed from the moment you stepped on the property. Hotel was fairly clean, and staff seem to be always cleaning. Overall great atmosphere left feeling relaxed and enjoyed our stay. Spa was very nice, however they coupons they leave in the room are not valid on couples massages only on single services. Brenda in the spa went out of her way and stayed late to do my hair on the evening my husband and I renewed our wedding vows. Which she did an amazing job and left me feel beautiful. The hotel did not do anything to set up for our vow renewal as we did not need anything from them for that as we just held a small ceremony on the beach with family and friends. However it was a beautiful location. With the gulf behind us at sunset My son celebrated his 14th Birthday while we were there and both the entertainment staff and buffet staff made it one of his best birthday's ever!
