    Tucancun going down!!

    We were there two year ago it was much better, better customer service. Better check in, much better food, it has changed a lot, the food in the buffets were terrible, the restaurant a la carte claraboya was terrible, bad service, bad food. Mexico lindo was the only restaurant worth it.good food and good service. Bad check in, very fast check out.

    Family Vacation Nightmare

    Do not stay at this hotel, its outdated, AC did not work, room was leaking from ceiling, bathroom had mold, some staff was friendly others were rude, elevators not working, Worst stay ever since travelling for over 20 years.

    Restaurant Buffett

    Aty in the grill made the best eggs and omelets. Abigail hosts was polite and courteous, Jesus Cutz was excellent all was great!
