Great restaurant Service!
Occidental Costa was a nice experience. The restaurant service was great. We loved Vanilly from the buffet! There were a lot of pool activities and night shows. The beach is small but had a very nice view overlooking the boat dock. Warning, the lobby is outside so there isn't a lot of places to cool down except your room, but overall good resort!

Great Service
The resort and beach were very clean. Our favorite part of the trip was interacting with Pepe, our buffet waiter. He was super friendly and very attentive to the group needs. The food was very good and fresh. The only thing keeping me from Rating a 5 star is that the restaurants were fully booked for dinner and we would have liked to try some of them.

Great private, quaint and convenient hotel NO SEAWEED!
My husband and I came here for a mini vacation. Very nice and cozy place. It’s not a large hotel and its not super luxurious, but its got everything you need. 4 restaurants plus 24 h snack bar. 1 large pool, spa, gym, kids club, activities, evening show and all inclusive. Drinks are very generous..Staff very friendly and professional. The buffet is small but has a nice variety. Like I said, it’s not a large hotel. We loved the fact that it was small actually! It has that private quaint vibe. There’s even a private beach NO SEAWEED! And it’s next to the marina for the shuttle to Isla Mujeres… super convient. Its literally 20 seconds walk! 10 min by Uber to downtown for clubs. Rooms very clean and spacious. However our room had this musty, damp smell. Perhaps this is normal for a tropical country. We could have probably changed rooms if we had asked, but really liked the location of the room and it wasn’t that bad. Not much to suggest other than more lighting in the room and a way to get rid of that humid smell. Another thing I would suggest is more entertainment later in the evening, like after 10pm. Loved it!! Coming back for sure!

Nice resort
Everything was very nice. Excellent staff. Clean room . We got super nice decorations for our anniversary, thanks for that. Monica from entertainment team 👍. Nice beach, not waves, nice palms. We’re enjoyed our time there. Planning to come back again someday.
