    The entire stay was great however the hotel needs to provide some kind of tour buses services complimentary or so

    Didn’t get the room we first booked but made a complaint and finally did! Abimeal Cifuentos and Esmalda Ruiz at the front desk were very professional at their jobs,easy to relate too etc

    Amazing property and great staff.

    Since the moment we arrived at the property, the staff were great and very attentive to details. The workers at the buffet were excellent and make sure all of our needs are met especially the older gentleman in the buffet. Our room view was the best.

    Do not stay here if you do not have a passport

    They gave me a hard time about my son staying here because he did not have a passport. His drivers license was not a good enough identification.

    Great time

    I want to give a shout out to my favorite server Linda at the pool… I was on cutches and Linda helped me into the pool.. always had my vodka soda .. happy to help me anyway she could .. and her back up Carmen and Felix also went above and beyond … I hope to come back one day.

    Good experience

    I spent in this hotel two nights with my wife and friends during the visitors trip in Mexico. There were really good accomodation, food and atmosphere.
