    Very beautiful and full of wildlife

    Our family had the best time! Lots of wildlife, amazing pools and beach. They just really need to play music at the pools and beach.

    Anniversary getaway

    We booked this hotel for my daughter’s honeymoon and joined them since it was our anniversary. Overall I would recommend this hotel due to the beautiful grounds, friendly staff, wildlife and the easy access to the park next to it.

    Beautiful Resort - Front Desk has it's flaws

    Resort itself is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are nice and housekeeping staff are very good. Front desk staff are not pleasant. We had booked 11 rooms 2 in each. Two of the rooms that were given to us with access had someone already in the room. We were shocked. But they were ok with it. Not a big deal come to the front where we had to wait again to replace the room. So bottom line check-in and check-out was a long because they don't have the staff. Same with restaurant folks were waiting online for a long time to book a restaurant, I thought it was strange that you had 3 people sitting doing nothing because they were just assigned to answer quests questions while one person was overwhelmed (who was really nice) to try to move the line as soon as possible. Beach - Needs more chairs, folks who come for vacation shouldn't be forced to lie on the beach and not be comfortable. I don't understand why they wouldn't have more beach chairs, as beach area is in levels and I can see folks sitting on the very top level by the towel hut. Food - Not a lot of options especially by beach restaurant and run out of the food often but food was delicious and flavorful. Staff - at all restaurants are amazing. Except a girl that got upset with me because I gave a tip to another guy and not her. I thought they shared the tip. Nature is beautiful and resort is well maintained. Don't leave the windows open monkeys will come in. They also have golf carts to take to different places as the property is very large.

    Very beautiful resort, family and I were here for 5 days and theirs is so much to do. We enjoyed it to the max, really relaxing vacation
