    10/10 trip out at Occidental

    We had a wonderful time at our trip here at Occidental. We hit a small snag at check-in, but Iris was genuinely empathetic and worked so hard to make sure our trip was as good as it could possibly be. She turned the trip around from probably what would have been a 5/10 to a solid 10/10! Thank you, Iris, for all your help in making this a trip of a lifetime.

    Great help

    Iris and Aleshya were both amazing and helping us getting situated into a room that we wanted. When we got here the room we had had an awful view of a bunch of trash and a chain link fence and not actual jungle like it was supposed to be. They got our situation figured out after two or three nights and got us into a nice Ocean View room instead both were amazingly helpful and patient with us.

    Great birthday!

    We came out to celebrate birthday’s and Iris helped to make it a great time with decorations and cakes. I had a great time celebrating my birthday in a large part due to her help with the surprise. Thank you Iris!

    Terrible all over , food was awful, reservations were almost impossible to get, two waitress at the steak house were making fun of us in spanish and they thought we didn't understand them. Never coming back again
