Our First 2026 Mexico Vacation
We just arrived from our first vacation of the year. Upon check-in, we upgraded our accommodation (Jan 12) to preferred that gave us an oceanfront view (#226), room amenities is impeccable clean and big. Resort staff is excellent making sure that all your needs are available and special mention to Daniel and Omar at Adult pool. What we missed was the Teppanyaki dinner at Himitsu as it needs a day of reservation, special mention to Bordeaux and Bluewater & Grill for their satisfying cuisine and friendly staff. Bottled water is a must and always available to avoid stomach issue. We love the resort lay-out giving us the vibe of laid back cabana mood which we like avoiding the concrete jungle where we came from. They also provide nightly events for kids and adult alike to keep the active night life. We love our exclusive access to preferred club lounge with more satisfying gourmet snacks and drinks. Recommendable !!!

Family vacation
Julio the concierge was very good with the kids 3 and 5 yo at our arrival. all the personnel in the resort were extremely polite and gave the best service we ever had at a resort. The food was very good,espacially the filet mignon at the Bordeaux restaurant. The beach had a little sargassum but they clean it up with a tractor. Would recommend 100% for family vacation

I will be back again next Winter. There is not one thing I can say that would be negative.
Excellent food, spotless rooms. Daily room service. Fully stocked bar fridge in room. Free 24/7 room service. Beautiful pools for both adults and children. Beautiful white sand. Friendly staff.
