We had a great time at the resort lots of activities for children the kids club did activities in the lobby and inside the club and the workers were excellent in the kids club. They have a show each night in the theater which were really good there usually between 830 and 9pm and are about an hour our faves were the urban show, pirate show and fireshow the fireshow was outside.We enjoyed the bike tour we went two times its about a 20 min bike ride into town each way and you get about 30 mins to browse and meet back.Its a close Uber drive into Puerto Morelos we went twice for a few hours and really enjoyed the small town., we used the Uber app which we felt was safe as it gives uou the drivers car plate and a picture of them it cost 11 each way Canadian. The food we felt was very good although some reviews says it isn't our favourite was the cooking show very good food and Bluewater grill for lunch and supper the asian and cooking show you can get the crispy icecream for desert its very good, you can get a buzzer if there's no tables at the restraunts that buzz off when the table is ready however bluewater grill you need to be there right at 6 as they dont have the buzzer system at that one.They also had a Mexican breakfast in the main area close to the smoothie bar and coffee shop from 8am to 11am and on Friday they had a crepe station and taco station in that area in the evening which was good. We felt the resort was clean, I really liked the app where you can request your room to be cleaned exp if you have plans to go back to the room to get ready so it can be done when you go back it also shows you all the activities for each day and you can request items such as a pen and paper,toothbrush,extra towels etc. We did have to call 0 a few days to have minibar replaced as they didnt come but they came and done it quickly. Overall we had a great time and would consider going again the only downfall is the beach we did have three good beach days but there's quite a bit of seaweed although they clean it throughout the day and thats no fault on the resort.the workers were all very nice and helpful

I loved this resort, very clean and well kept with great pools. I tried all restaurants and was very pleased with them all.. The preferred club is well worth the extra expense in my opinion, did not take advantage of the Indigo Club (for a cost) as I didn't feel I needed another area. Staff were all very friendly and helpful adding to the charm of the resort. Rooms very clean with nice amenities and great housekeeping.

Been traveling all inclusive resorts in Mexico for over 20 years here is an up to date review Food 4.5 Buffet 3 Rooms 3.5 Staff 4 Loungers 2 Tepenyaki 3 Entertainment 3.5 This resort is 25 years old and may have been 5 star then certainly not now Rooms outdated but clean. Be prepared to get up at 6:00 am to have a chance at a chair. Adult pool was very good as long as it was empty from drunk screaming guests. Which never happened through the week. Preferred club is a joke save your money only perk was adult pool. Lunch time at buffet is chaos the are is too small for the amount of guests. Beaches cleaned but lots of sea grass. Lots of kids at the resort that seemed to be having a great time with all the activities. Entertainment pretty decent for an all inclusive. Watch out for ultimate vacation club staff 90 min presentation turned into four hours they are looking for 100k and 500k commitment to join. Check reviews if you are considering going be prepared for relentless levels of sales reps

Steve Vaughan’s Wild West Tennis
During our stay at Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa, we had the unexpected pleasure of taking tennis lessons with Steve Vaughan’s Wild West Tennis — and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Honestly, I probably wouldn’t have signed up if Steve hadn’t personally stood on the court inviting guests to give it a try. I’m so glad he did. The lessons were fun, engaging, and genuinely helpful. Steve has a great way of teaching that makes you feel comfortable while still pushing you to improve. Whether you’re a beginner or just a bit rusty, his sessions are absolutely worth it. If you’re visiting the resort, don’t miss the chance to take a lesson. Really good experience all around.

Nice very small resort, horrible UVC experience!
Very nice, although outdated resort. Food is good. Plenty of UVC reps that r super nice but the UVC itself is the worst! Our experience with UVC was horrible like experience from hell! AVOID UVC AT ANY COST!!!! They lied to us and whatever is in the contract is simply not true! Don't believe them! AVOID and save yourself plenty of time and money! Do not fall for the beautiful stories they tell you! It is ALL lies!!!!! AVOID UVC!
