Loved this all inclusive, we stayed in Indigo preferred. Usually don't upgrade to preferred but got a good deal on Trivago. I felt it was worth it for the rooftop pool. If you have young kids probably not worth it due to where children are not allowed. They also have certain restaurants where you can have ala carte breakfast and relax. Check in could not have been faster - thank you Sam! Arik made my birthday dinner at Bordeaux a dinner to remember! Enjoyed the hibachi, really good food and of course Alfredo singing ( you have to hear him). Spent all our time at the roof top bar, thanks to Alejandro and Victor. Always a cabana open - no worries - and nice large towels. The room was large, no complaints, loved Gloria who did our turn down service - great laugh! Last but not least Eduardo at Blue Water (for preferred guests). He made our breakfast and lunches so much better. Everything we ate was good and service exceptional. There were weddings or events going on around our room but no bother and the music was always nice :)

Dreams Sapphire Cancun was a Dream
The entire experience from the Preferred Club check-in to check-out was amazing. The wedding team were all very professional and attentive to our needs on the day of the wedding. The entire Dreams staff were always smiling and ready to assist us in any way needed. The beach is cleaned every morning from seaweed allowing easy strolls along the beach. The food options were great for our group as it offered many options, and the staff were very attentive to special allergies/dietary restrictions. We will likely visit again or look for another Dreams location to enjoy!

Preferred swim-out room, ocean front. The room was amazing. Great size for two adults and a child on the pull out sofa bed. The view of the beach and water from the patio and pool will be difficult to match. This is third Dreams property and the Indigo “premium preferred” section seemed to diminish the value of the standard preferred club amenities. Overall, there was nothing wrong with our experience, but the club features seemed more basic compared to Dreams Riviera Maya. The water slides were great for our child and kid-at-heart dad. The property management team did a wonderful job combatting the sargassum. We were able to enjoy daily beach walks and swimming in the ocean. The beach is not as deep compared to Riviera, but it is deeper than northern neighboring properties. The service team was very attentive and accommodating. Food was pretty standard. The a la carte restaurants were good, Bordeaux was our best meal. We did opt for the Hibachi chef’s table which was a fun experience. On an evening of pure exhaustion, we settled for the World Cafe (buffet), and found most proteins were heavily salted. Not something we experienced in past trips to Mexico. Joaquin in the preferred club bar was excellent, extremely friendly and made a great drink.

Great vacation! We'll be returning
We have visited this resorts several times. The preferred club is the best for couples. The adults pool is very nice with a tropical setting. Incredible service from the bar and concierges. Restaurants are also excellent (Bordeaux and Portofino). The buffet is very good and you can always find something to eat with a large variety of choices. Shout out to Alberto, Omar, Jonathan and many more who made our stay memorable. We will definitely be returning in the spring.

Wedding in Paradise
We just got back from our wedding at Dreams Sapphire. Destination wedding was a dream, spending days with our friends and family, being on the beach, celebrating in paradise. The wedding team at the resort was absolutely amazing to work with. Communication was great, planning was very straight forward. We got an awesome room upgrade, which was quite nice too! Our wedding coordinator, Lulú, made sure that everything went smoothly and the set up of the events was far beyond our expectation. It was truly a dream! The flowers, decor, service, all beyond our expectations. That also goes for our rehearsal dinner. Carmen, who was supporting Lulú during the day of, was also great to work with. I truly did not have to worry about anything related to the setup of the wedding. Special mention for our wedding waitress, Carina. She was a true hero of the wedding party. Everyone’s drinks were always filled, she was also super helpful in a dress emergency! She went above and beyond! The officiant from the resort, Socorro, was also incredible. Made our ceremony personal and truly special. We talked about what we were looking for in our ceremony prior to our wedding and Socorro delivered 100% on what we discussed. All in all, if you are considering a destination wedding, the Dreams Sapphire wedding team is truly amazing!
