Updated copy Thank you to all the amazing staff who made our trip extra special. A special shout out to Eduardo and Julio at Bluewater Grill for your top notch service and genuine smile every time! Thank you to Chef Daniel at the Himitsu Restaurant for our delicious Asian dinner (BEST pad Thai) and for also accommodating our eldest daughter with her non-Asian request! To the amazing chef and staff at El Patio…making it one of our favourite choices for dinner! To Diana at the Preferred Club for your excellent customer service! Thanks to Israel for our pleasant spa experience and Sandy for our daughter’s braids! To all the members part of the entertainment team…you did an amazing job at keeping the kids and adults engaged all day and into the evening with the best themed night shows in theatre for all to enjoy. And saving the best for last, our very special friend, and our favourite waterpark lifeguard, Marciel, for your caring spirit and help with encouraging our daughter down the kamikaze slide ❤️. Very nice resort. Would like to give a shout out to Antonio at the Barracuda Beach Bar for his big smile, great service, and memory for faces and names. What a great asset he is to the resort. This guy knows what service is. He has new friends here in Wisconsin.

Dream Sapphire was a dream!

We would definitely go back!
We would definitely go back to Dreams Sapphire! The rooms were clean and the view was stellar! We tried the buffet and multiple restaurants and had good experiences at all of them. The pools were very nice and we enjoyed the daily entertainment.

Perfect family vacation
Beautiful week! Resort has excellent food options and service. Room was clean just could use a little repair updating on the tile. Would definitely return. My 14 and 13 year old loved our week there.
