We had a truly wonderful stay at this resort. It is magnificent - beautifully maintained grounds, comfortable and lovely accommodations and an atmosphere that feels both relaxing and upscale. The food was delicious with lots of variety across the resort. But what really made our stay exceptional was the staff - everyone was friendly and attentive, but Isaac at the World Cafe Buffet deserves special recognition. Isaac was phenomenal - so accommodating, genuinely warm, and incredibly kind. He made us feel welcome every time we visited the buffet and truly felt like part of the family by the end of our stay. His service went above and beyond, and added something really special to our experience. If you plan on staying at this resort, please be sure to find Isaac at the World Cafe Buffet and have him take care of you, you won’t be disappointed!

Great location near airport. Spacious, clean, quiet rooms (oceanfront, Preferred Club). Beach was beautiful (cleaned daily) and chairs were plentiful. Adult Only pool had excellent drinks and fun activities. Isaac at the World Cafe gave our group of 7 very friendly and attentive service on a daily basis. Would not hesitate to return someday…

Preferred Swim Out - Worth every penny
We stayed in a Preferred Swim Out room in early February 2026. I have been to many all inclusives, and this is by far my favorite. The rooms were high quality. The AC actually worked super well, and there was no damp mildew smell you sometimes find at Caribbean resorts. The shower was to die for. It had double waterfall showerheads and a detachable wand. The water pressure was so good, it felt like I was at a spa every time I showered. The food was also way better quality than other resorts I have been. We went to the Italian place twice, the hibachi, and the steakhouse and I enjoyed them all. There is also quality food available at all times. The spa is very nice and you get a discount there if you book a preferred room. There were lots of families with young kids, but it never felt overrun or loud. All around, I would recommend this resort and I will be back,

Wonderful Dinner and Service!
We had a great time at Bordeaux on a work trip - Eleuterio was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our food as well!! Would certainly recommend :)
