Great trip once again at Dreams Onyx. Aris is the best Butler he had everything set up for us perfectly and was so helpful the entire week!! Everyone was super nice Juan and Eddie at breakfast and dinner!! Abraham and Elephant are the best at the pools!! Wish the pools were heated!! Beach was beautiful. Never had a problem getting a chair anywhere. Love the adult only pool. Very nice women server wished I could remember her name.

Family of 7 vacation.
Great all inclusive resort. The food is just like a cruise, good, don’t expect “fine dining” like you are at home. Family of 7 traveling. Had 3 rooms, our 18 year old was able to get her own room so we had plenty of room. Tip- as soon as you get there- get with SANTO FOOD CONCIERGE DREAMS ONYX. Gave him a good tip at the beginning of our trip and he got us dinner reservations at every restaurant, even though they tell you they don’t take reservations. American money goes a long way here.

Great Experience
It great experience. Friendly staff, accommodating, patient. The beach on the resort is beautiful and the oools so fun. Especially preferred status. worth the upgrade. The best thing though was the butler service, especially Elias, he saved us so much time and energy. Truly wonderful addition.

Absolutely fantastic!!!
We absolutely loved Dreams Onyx!! Clean, beautiful grounds. Food was great, amazing service overall. Adult preferred pool was beautiful! Nelson was our butler and he was outstanding! Went above and beyond to make dinner reservations, transportation reservations, make sure we were having the best time and experience at the resort. He felt like family! We can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful family, friendly resort
Dreams Onyx is it beautiful family friendly resort. We were preferred guests in February. Drinks and snacks were offered upon check-in, which was nice after a long day of a travel. The beach was stunning and clean. The property is very clean, welcoming with beautiful well maintained gardens everywhere. The kids had so much fun on the beach at the lazy river waterpark and enjoyed all the pools. They also enjoyed the crafts on the beach in the morning.We spent lots of time, relaxing at the preferred section of the beach and the preferred pool. The shows were amazing in the evening. We enjoyed many amazing drinks, endless ice cream and coffee. The barefoot grill was fresh. Buffet had a good variety. We particularly enjoyed the Italian Mediterranean and Teppanyaki restaurants. We enjoyed our swim out room at the preferred pool. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. The kids really enjoyed having a bar right outside the door. A big thank you to our server on the beach always smiling -Anyi Every morning was a pleasure at the preferred buffet. Our server- Juan So friendly, always smiling and engaging with the children. Even with a special handshake.:) We really enjoyed the Teppanyaki. The chef was amazing and made it so much fun. I truly recommend the preferred experience. Our butler, Henry was awesome. He would check in with us daily. Come find us at our spot on the beach and greet us at our dinner reservation reservations to make sure everything was perfect. 10/10
