We are 2 separate families of 4 (uk) & stayed in 4 swim up preferred rooms. Although the hotel couldn’t accommodate us side by side, they did their best for us to be very close. This was our 2nd visit, it was great to catch up with friends/staff we made during our first visit the previous year. Elias, Juan & Michael from the concierge team were superb! Zunilda looked after my wife during most meals to help cater for her allergies.(went above and beyond) Peter & Jorge from the pool bar were excellent. All staff we had the pleasure to talk to or interact with were amazing. Rooms were clean, albeit a bit tired. Food was amazing, along with the entertainment. Only disappointment was the beach, but we understand why with the natural phenomenon that unfortunately occurs in this part of the world. Wonderful hotel, with amazing staff! Thank you Dreams Onyx.

Punta Cana Paradise
This resort is absolutely beautiful! Well maintained, rooms are immaculate, serviced several times a day. Friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Our personal concierge, Nelson Sosa, made our trip exceptional! He checked in every day and helped with any requests or questions we had throughout our entire stay. We plan to go back again! Great experience!

Olivia travel group does Dream onyx
This resort is top notch. From the moment you arrive and we did the preferred level, you enjoy perfection in an idyllic setting. First off shout out and kudos to Starling (I called him affectionately Bird) my concierge for the week. Absolutely awesome. He introduced me to Santos a manager of the food and beverage, department. Who made sure my wife and I was taken care of at each of their restaurants the services were Excellent. The resort is large and wonderfully maintained. This is our second trip to Dreams. They now have a woman who is the head honcho at onyx. She has broken the class ceiling, at least on this island. We could see her influence since our last trip 2 years ago. She was in-training then. Now the resort , which has 800 rooms is under very good condition and control. The whole staff were friendly andsmiling as we were greeted with Hola and smiles. I extend congratulations to this remarkable resort for a wonderful vacation from the ““mayor of Camp O”” Deirdre Jones- Warfield Olivia Nation salutes you!!

Very clean and modern
Dreams Onyx Punta Cana exceeded my expectations. The resort is exceptionally well-maintained, modern, and spotless, with a wide variety of activities and a beautiful beach within walking distance. The staff are professional, courteous, and attentive, and the buffet offers quality options, including fresh, made-to-order omelets each morning. The Preferred Club is highly recommended for its premium beverages, in-room snacks, and personalized service. A special commendation goes to Nelson, my butler, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and thoughtful gestures truly elevated my stay. His dedication exemplifies outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend Dreams Onyx Punta Cana—and requesting Nelson.

Prepare to be pampered
This was my first all inclusive resort experience. What fun, with a stunning beach, various pools and diverse dining options. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. My friend and I booked a preferred junior suite pool view, which comes with a personal butler (see photo, we loved Albert so much) to help with the smallest detail. We also had access to the preferred lounge (premium liquors) and pool (which was much quieter than the main pool). There’s also a water park, which was fun. This is a great place for those who love sun, water and great vibes.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
- AdvisoryThe renovation is underway to expand the Silk Convention Center, to include five new breakout rooms and updated décor throughout the facility, also to update sections of the lobby, including a new Xhale Club Lounge, lobby bathrooms, and a new travel distributor representative area.
