Our stay was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the service was exceptional and every part of the resort impressed us. The swim-up pool bar and beachside service were fantastic — fast, friendly, and always on point. A special shoutout to Alejandro, truly the best bartender ever. His energy, attention, and perfect drinks made our days unforgettable.

Look no further then Dreams Onyx
Dreams onyx is absolutely the best resort. 13 times at this resort coming back in May for #14. Never a bad experience. You won't be disappointed

Clean and kid-friendly resort!
Better than expected! Clean resort and friendly staff. My toddler became good friends with Johandry from Capers ( Italian Restaurant) and other staff. The gym was really clean and had great equipment. Highly recommend this resort

Better than expected
Would definitely recommend dreams onyx. Juan is amazing and he works in different restaurants. Was a little bit worried if the preferred Club was worth the upgrade since I had my son with us and it was. Our Butler Aris was amazing and when my son didn't feel good he went out of his way to get him chicken soup. He checked on us multiple times during the day and everything was wonderful and clean. Would highly recommend.

Great time.
Great experience, preferred club and our Butler Zorro was outstanding. Enjoyed the preferred pool and access to preferred restaurant for breakfast and lunch.
