Incredible experience! Facility was clean, rooms were clean, snacks were frequently replenished and everyone was so so nice and helpful! Elias was our concierge and he went about and beyond!

Wonderful resort for a family vacation!
Had an amazing time with a big group (9). Food was delicious, rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our butler, Elias, was incredibly present and consistent. He was there for us whenever we needed anything.

Amazing Experience
We spent last week at Dreams Onyx and absolutely loved our stay. We travelled with our four children, and this beautiful resort had it all! Water slides for the kids, beautiful pools, and a clean beach. I am celiac and they handled food allergies incredibly well - at every meal they asked if anyone had food allergies and were able to accommodate. Santo was part of the food concierge team and made our trip so much better - he greeted me every meal with a smile and helped ensure all my meals were made safely. The kids loved seeing Felix, Anthony, and Miguel every day at the pool - they were so kind to us all and made everyone the most delicious mocktails! Rooms were clean and spacious, and there were activities for everyone. Highly recommend this resort.

Surprisingly a really nice resort and being connected with Breathless was a super plus.
We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. We enjoy the adults only resorts but the way this resort is set up we had a Preferred room next to the Preferred pool for adults only. The only time we came in contact with children was at breakfast and dinner hours. The restaurants we went to were very good. The nice part about this resort is that you can visit Breathless with no issues, the resorts are basically connected. You can walk to Breathless or have a staff member drop you off in a golf cart, very convenient. Pool service was extremely good and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our butler, Angel took care of us with champagne and rose petals on the bed, which was a surprise and nice touch. A shout out to the people that made the trip a little more special for us, Anyi from the Preferred pool, Domingo Castro, a bar tender at the Preferred club, our UCV rep Norboreto and our butler Angel.
