It’s a beautiful resort that should thrive for excellence. They need some adjustments: the annoying tractor that’s in the beach from 7am till 1pm or so emits lots of toxic fumes .they can clean the beach before tourist can enjoy relaxing time with fresh breezy air that’s actually absent bc of it . Yoga can be done on the beach / sand . We tourists want some experience that we don’t have in the cities we live . It would be nicer if we could do yoga grounding . Lastly , another reason I won’t return and I want tourist with kids specially know , they allow wild animal in the hotel. After telling the server on the pool there is a raccoon he responds it’s okay it’s friendly . That’s not okay., especially with kids around . You cannot use the beach either with your small kids . There are crocodiles from the mangrove’s next door… check pictures . Also - I noticed some romance inside bathroom by the pool / jacuzzi kissing cleaning lady/ cleaning boy . I let my 9 y old go by herself to bathroom . I did not like that. However, I want to give 5 starts to the girls who renter sing the kids from kids club. They live their job and show respect and professionalism.

May 04, 2025Beautiful Resort, But Major AC Issues
I recently stayed at a Cancun all-inclusive resort and while the property itself was beautiful and the amenities were decent, my experience was soured by significant issues with the air conditioning. Upon arrival, the AC in our room wasn’t working at all. After a long day of travel, the last thing we wanted was to sit in a hot, stuffy room. It took a few hours and several calls before it was finally addressed. Unfortunately, the problem returned on the third night of our stay—this time, the AC completely stopped working again. We made over five phone calls and visited the front desk four separate times before we were finally granted a room change. The staff were polite but the lack of urgency and coordination was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the heat and the price point of the resort. Aside from the AC debacle, the food was decent, the pool areas were nice, and the beach access was a highlight. But comfort is key when you're trying to relax, and the lack of working air conditioning made it hard to enjoy the overall experience. Would I return? Possibly—but only if they address their maintenance and guest service responsiveness.
