Oct 29, 2025Good family experience, not so much adults this trip
Overall an average experience. Food, beverage and staff were great. I feel the pool chair game was excessive. You simply could not get decent chairs at or near the pool. The chairs are so close together you can hardly get in them and the hoarders were at their best with putting towels out at 8 in the morning and not showing up for hours. The cabanas continue to spread and overtake the best spots. I wish this resort would do what others do which is to have someone help you find seats. They will also remove items for you if someone has not been in their chairs for over 45 minutes to an hour - this is a WONDERFUL deal since the hoarder can't be mad at the person who actually wants to use the chairs. Housekeeping was great, very diligent, servers were very helpful and prompt and the food was flavorful and plentiful. There were some issues with the "public" restrooms, a seemingly constant lack of toilet paper and clogged toilets. Night time shows were "ok", nothing that I feel was exceptionally awesome. This was my 4th visit to this resort and at times it just seemed out of control at the pool area. Between people hoarding chairs, literally stealing/moving umbrellas while you were in the pool and the lack of oversight of children, I would no longer recommend this resort unless you are going as a family. In the past none of this bothered me, but it certainly seemed over the top. When a lifeguard has to walk around the pool to get children to quit diving and jumping - it just did not seem that others gave any thought to what their actions were doing to minimize others enjoyment.

I visited Dreams Sapphire in October of 2025 for a friends wedding. The entire resort staff was very helpful and attentive to any needs and request. At the wedding we got exceptional service by Paulina (Karina)! She was so amazing the entire night. The day after we were able to run into her in the Buffet and she was very helpful providing me with Tea and a “Suero” that was much needed after lol. More team members who provided exceptional service, Samuel. Who helped me from the beginning at check in! Julio, who helped with bags and transport for older family members if needed. Thank you so much for an amazing time!

Great resort with great service
This resort is amazing we had ocean front room with a lot of space and huge walk in shower with 2 rain shower heads. Amazing view to wake up too every morning! We recommend if you are not traveling with children the indigo upgrade with preferred club. Own private lounge access to rooftops with amazing exfinity pool with swim up bar and sushi bar all the food was amazing good. Most of all great service from bartenders Jouacine, Santos, David, Victor, and Alejandro !!! We will come back soon.

The entertainment team was incredible giving great service to everyone I specifically think Abraham part of the entertainment team was incredible always having fun trying his pure put to make its best for everyone and he deserves to get many good reviews thanks you dreams .

Had the best time!
We absolutely loved our stay at Dreams Sapphire! We had our wedding here with 60 of our close family and friends and all had an amazing time. The resort was very clean and staff very friendly and attentive. The wedding space was also gorgeous with great food. We were able to upgrade our room to the indigo side and loved the perks that it gave us. We are for sure coming back for our anniversary.
