We stayed in a Preferred Swim Out room in early February 2026. I have been to many all inclusives, and this is by far my favorite. The rooms were high quality. The AC actually worked super well, and there was no damp mildew smell you sometimes find at Caribbean resorts. The shower was to die for. It had double waterfall showerheads and a detachable wand. The water pressure was so good, it felt like I was at a spa every time I showered. The food was also way better quality than other resorts I have been. We went to the Italian place twice, the hibachi, and the steakhouse and I enjoyed them all. There is also quality food available at all times. The spa is very nice and you get a discount there if you book a preferred room. There were lots of families with young kids, but it never felt overrun or loud. All around, I would recommend this resort and I will be back,

Wonderful Dinner and Service!
We had a great time at Bordeaux on a work trip - Eleuterio was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our food as well!! Would certainly recommend :)

Dream Girls Trip
Had a wonderful time; went with 8 friends. It was a little cold because of the unusual cold front but we still managed to get lots of sun. The beach was wonderful for very long walks, the pool activities with Tony🩷 were the best. Zumba water aerobics, Latin dancing were great, the lobby bar was spectacular for hanging out, drinks and live music. I loved the food, lots of choice, gluten free, sushi, local dishes, the buffet is wonderful. The Italian restaurant Portofini was lovely for dinner, have the risotto & steak! the rooms were clean spacious, well attended. The rooms facing the ocean are dreamy with hot tub on the balcony. The Preferred Club was great for a quiet breakfast, and quiet bar - the staff were always very helpful with information on the resort when I would pop in there. Highly recommend we will definitely go back.

Destination Wedding perfection!
I came with a group of almost 80 people for my destination wedding and couldn't be more impressed with the overall experience! The resort is absolutely beautiful- the perfect size, not too big, not too small and exactly what we were looking for. There was something for all ages- very kid friendly but also amazing for adults too. The kids lived their best lives- jumping from the pool to the hot tub to the beach, always with a fun colorful drink in hand! The wedding activities all went perfectly- all thanks to our amazing wedding coordinator, Veronica Prado. She was so helpful through the planning process and while we were there. Her communication and attention to detail are the best! We also had the best servers at the wedding - shout out to Dania and Karina who also helped make the day so special. We loved our ocean front room, and enjoyed being preferred club so we could have breakfast at the Bluewater Grill and also enjoy the preferred lounge for the best cocktails. We had a wonderful experience at the spa, enjoying the hydrotherapy. We also loved the habatchi experience at dinner one night (need a reservation), the italian restaurant Portofino, and El Patio. I have been to many resorts in Mexico and Dreams Sapphire really does have the best staff- so friendly and welcoming and always making sure guests have a great experience. We will definitely be back!
