Having read some of the negative comments we were not sure what to expect, however we could not fault anything and had a wonderful 2 week holiday. Our room was spotless (237) and the hotel itself was amazing. The daily activities, evening entertainment, food and drink, housekeeping, every member of staff and everything else on offer was all superb. If you treat the staff with the respect they deserve, they return the compliment. We booked through TUI and cannot fault them either. Six fantastic excursions booked with AMSTAR. Memories to treasure forever.

We've been to the Sapphire about five times now, and it's always a great trip! There were a few small hiccups during this particular stay, but nothing that impacted our trip too much. Unfortunately, we didn't have great weather this week, but the wonderful staff still made our vacation fun and restful! A few specific shoutouts: - Jaime and Antonio at the beach bar are wonderful! We visited them many times throughout the course of our trip, and enjoyed chatting with them each time. They managed a crowded bar with friendly smiles and great service! - Cristina was an excellent server on the beach! - Miguel at the swim up bar was alone on the last day of our trip, and you never would have guessed! He was making great drinks quickly and efficiently, and making sure everyone was taken care of. - Cristell at the preferred pool was one of our favorites! She remembered orders and was back with drinks within minutes of ordering them. She was just lovely! - Edi, the concierge at the preferred pool, was so funny and friendly, and clearly loves his job. We always loved chatting with him each day! - Isaac and Caroline at the spa were wonderful, and made our experience so relaxing! - Daniel was our server at Portofino, and we loved him (and the food!) so much that we went back twice during our stay. He clearly takes pride in his work, and was a truly wonderful server.

Good spot for vaccinations
Overall it was a good stay. Really good food, nice daily activities, good costumer’s service, good selection on drinks. The beach is not that great, but the rooftop Indigo is really good 👌🏼. It’s a good place for a vacation.

I went to this resort because I was a guest and in the bridal party of a wedding. I simply would not recommend this resort for personal vacation or for an event. The check-in process was horrible. The buffet was too small. The room service was terrible. The rooms were dated and had bugs in them. The outlets in the rooms didn’t work. There was nothing complementary in this resort, even for the bride. No champagne in the bridal suite! They wanted to charge $20 for a bottle of champagne for the bride on her wedding day…

Destination wedding
Wonderful experience. Beautiful resort. We went for my cousin’s destination wedding and everything from the location of the wedding, to the food was better than expected. We stayed for 3 nights which, if anyone asks my son, it was not long enough. Dreams is a dream resort.
