Just returned from a fabulous stay, the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Abraham from the Entertainment team, his aqua aerobics class is really good fun. The beach is lovely, some seaweed on a couple of the days but they clear it quickly, The food was tasty and they have such a range of options, all the foods are labelled for allergens and they offer lots of alternative milks and gluten free options as well

This is not a Dreams standard. Resort is run down, small and inadequate. Birds everywhere. Looks more like a one pool overrun water park. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and rooms were outdated.

5 star joke!
Absolutely not worth the money. This is not a 5 star resort. Nothing about it was luxurious. We wish we could get our money back and go elsewhere to get the babymoon we were expecting. The entire resort is old and gross. Animals and birds everywhere savaging for food. We paid extra for the preferred club and were extremely disappointed by what was actually given to us instead of what was advertised. We spent a lot of money on this trip and are super disappointed. Look into resorts on the costa mujeres beach. Nicer, newer, less corporate.
