I came with a group of almost 80 people for my destination wedding and couldn't be more impressed with the overall experience! The resort is absolutely beautiful- the perfect size, not too big, not too small and exactly what we were looking for. There was something for all ages- very kid friendly but also amazing for adults too. The kids lived their best lives- jumping from the pool to the hot tub to the beach, always with a fun colorful drink in hand! The wedding activities all went perfectly- all thanks to our amazing wedding coordinator, Veronica Prado. She was so helpful through the planning process and while we were there. Her communication and attention to detail are the best! We also had the best servers at the wedding - shout out to Dania and Karina who also helped make the day so special. We loved our ocean front room, and enjoyed being preferred club so we could have breakfast at the Bluewater Grill and also enjoy the preferred lounge for the best cocktails. We had a wonderful experience at the spa, enjoying the hydrotherapy. We also loved the habatchi experience at dinner one night (need a reservation), the italian restaurant Portofino, and El Patio. I have been to many resorts in Mexico and Dreams Sapphire really does have the best staff- so friendly and welcoming and always making sure guests have a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Dreams Sapphire has turned into a deplorable mess! The resort was refurbished in the restaurants and Atrium area The rooms are deplorable! We have stayed here before but this visit was a complete disappointment!! This Resort is a Free For All Smoking all throughout the resort No dress code at the Borduex restaurant and there are kids in this restaurant as well Himitsu we ate there 2 nights and both nights kids dressed in swim still with no shoes on and kids sleeping on pillows while rest of family ate- we heard guests ask for pillows so there kids could sleep No Rules at this restaurant as well as the entire resort! Save your money and go elsewhere this resort is a chaotic mess of kids everywhere doing whatever they want There were kids outside at 10pm with no parents barefoot in swim suits walking around by themselves- little kids at that There was entertainment nightly and we tried to enjoy but kids screaming, yelling, running around the area as you watch the entertainment in the Atrium It was completely unnecessary and chaotic with what should of been enjoyable Guests smoking all throughout this resort - disgusting!! There are no rules the guests do as they please throughout this entire resort Had we known Dreams Sapphire was so rundown and like a SunScape with kids galore we would of NOT booked here The beach was a complete mess seaweed in piles with trash up on the shore We are seasoned travelers yes seaweed is beyond anything but nature BUT the resort did not touch it for the first 3 days we were there and then they have a tractor that runs with a pick up of seaweed behind it mid day for hours back and forth Just what you want to hear all day and the deisel fumes This went on for the entirety of the afternoon- not early morning but when the guests are on the beach The smell was awful cause the seaweed was not touched until the third or fourth day were there Nothing relaxing about the day at the beach with a loud tractor and diesel smell all day This resort is just falling apart on so many levels! They have a Impressions building and that is where they concentrate their time and energy on Its kind of a joke cause the price you pay for Impressions to stay at Dreams Sapphire you could stay at a Villa kind of laughable since the rest of the resort is deplorable and a chaotic mess!! Our room was awful- dark, dingy, furniture beat up and the drawers didn’t even close we had our clothing in Stay Elsewhere!! You have been warned!! And know we are UVC members for 15 years and we received nothing different as anyone else who booked here! Shame on Hyatt for running a runned down 2 star at most resort It’s to bad! Shame on Hyatt this property needs help!!

The Algara Wedding at Dreams Sapphire
Dreams Sapphire was an absolute amazing experience for my family and friends. We had a little over 100 people at our wedding and everyone was taken care of. A huge shout out to the AMAZING Veronica Prado who was there from the beginning helping my wife and I plan our dream wedding. We could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator! All in all, we would come back to this resort in a heart beat. The staff were amazing and the resort itself is beautiful!

Amazing Experience and Wedding
We got married at Dreams Sapphire, it was amazing. Lourdes and her team were wonderful. Our guests had an amazing time and still talk about the wedding and resort almost a year later. Highly recommend this resort.
