Our wedding day at Dreams Sapphire was absolutely beautiful, and the staff and coordinator truly delivered. They pulled everything together flawlessly and honestly slayyyed the whole day. Our guests kept telling us how stunning the ceremony was and how amazing the service felt from start to finish. The entire team was warm, organized, and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. We’re so grateful — they made our day magical. 💙✨

A really great all-inclusive resort!
We had a wonderful week at the Dreams Sapphire Resort. The food was delicious at all the restaurants and even the daily buffet. The bars made good drinks with premium brands. The staff throughout the resort was always very pleasant, friendly and helpful! Our room (Jr.Suite) was large and comfortable. The shops provided an opportunity for souvenirs if you didn't want to leave the resort plus a small pharmacy. Vendors came in twice during our week for more shopping ops as well. The beach went on forever and was a safe place for a long walk if so desired. It is a family resort so there were lots of young children but the pool was large enough to find an empty spot for some quiet time. Our overall all experience was extremely positive and we definitely recommend this resort!

First the good the people especially Miguel at the swim up bar, Jaime and Antonio and the beach bar cannot wait to go back, their service personality we looked forward to seeing them they brought the vacation vibes!!! The grounds are very pretty as well and the rooms spacious. I also have to say they have one of the BEST lobby bars in all the all-inclusive that I have been to. The not so good…the buffet food was just ok, mostly cold and the same variety every day. The restaurants the food was hit or miss and the wait to get your food was ridiculous 1-2 hour wait we actually left two of the restaurants because the wait was too much. The waitstaff was always kind and apologetic but it was too much and disappointing. Overall I might consider going back but will probably try different ones first.

Excellent trip and property.
Property is a little out of the way, take a taxi or if driving, have some really good directions. Really relaxed atmosphere with things/shows/activities for kids. Sports bar always fun for adults. At the World Cafe ,Atilano, Javier, and Alfonzo provided awesome service. Rooms are wonderful, big, comfortable beds. Room service is good, but it takes a little bit. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Only suggestion would be to have more water activities like jet skis/para sailing on property and not overcharge for laundry. Personally paid 57 dollars for 3 shirts and 3 pairs of pants.

Heavenly Holiday
Having read some of the negative comments we were not sure what to expect, however we could not fault anything and had a wonderful 2 week holiday. Our room was spotless (237) and the hotel itself was amazing. The daily activities, evening entertainment, food and drink, housekeeping, every member of staff and everything else on offer was all superb. If you treat the staff with the respect they deserve, they return the compliment. We booked through TUI and cannot fault them either. Six fantastic excursions booked with AMSTAR. Memories to treasure forever.
