My daughter and I went to celebrate our birthdays and had the most amazing time. The hotel and service was second to none, but the best part of our trip was the help/service we received from Michelle Ponce. We have been there before, but Michelle made the experience more special than we could have even imagined. She went above and beyond to make this birthday unforgettable. Thank you so much Michelle!

Absolutely wonderful, amazing food and amazing staff ! Had the seasonal tasting menu with pairing at MUNA, INCREDIBLE you must try it!!!! had the pleasure of having Ignacio Cota as my local ambassador !! super attentive and helpful <3 cant wait to come back!

Cabo
The Nobu Hotel was beautifully done, elegant and the room we had was one of the best. Everything was always clean, well stocked and service was impeccable. Napoleon, our concierge, had the best recommendations and contacts to get us restaurants, directions and places to visit. Highly recommend him! The restaurants on site were amazing, especially Muna I do wish the swimming pool water was heated though….

Apr 26, 2025A Deeply Disappointing Stay - Luxury Prices, Poor Service
Our experience at Nobu Cabo was awful from start to finish. We arrived at 7PM (well after check-in time) and were told our room wasn’t ready. Staff tried to pass off a cheaper room as our original booking and we didn’t get the correct room until nearly 9PM. Room service was another disaster — cold food, unsanitary suggestions to reheat half-eaten shrimp, and a broken room phone that wasn’t repaired until we were checking out. Our concierge was inconsistent and difficult to reach. After days of trying to speak with a manager, on our final night we were finally offered credits, but by then the damage was done. Most upsetting of all was the consistent poor treatment we experienced — it was clear we were not given the same respect or service as others. Nobu Cabo is overpriced, overrated, and completely failed to deliver the luxury experience they promise. I would never stay here again. Biggest upsides: the beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. Nobu Restaurant. The property design. Great whale watching.

Best hotel ever?
Amazing hotel. Great concierge. Ask for anything, it’s done better than you expect! Indoor dining is amazing and the experience is unique atleast for me. We had the private pool, it was awesome. Warm water which made us enjoyable through out the night
