After the most incredible experience at the Nobu Los Cabos hotel we feel inclined to leave a raving review about our experience. First and foremost, our concierge’s MARIA and DANIEL went completely above and beyond for us. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with care, luxury, and genuine hospitality. They checked in daily to make sure everything was perfect, surprised us with a room upgrade, and seamlessly handled all of our reservations and activities. Because of them, our trip felt effortless, personalized, and unforgettable. The service, atmosphere, food, and overall energy of the resort exceeded every expectation. Nobu Los Cabos doesn’t just provide a stay — it delivers an experience that feels elevated, thoughtful, and truly world-class. We are already counting down the days until we return. If you’re looking for luxury, incredible service, and memories that will last a lifetime, this is the place.

Beautiful, clean and great service
Everything was beautiful and very clean. The few minor issues we experienced, like with the Chromecast, were quickly resolved thanks to our local ambassador, David Lazcano, who was extremely kind and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing hotel and even better service
I cannot recommend Nobu Hotel highly enough, it exceeded expectations in every way as a luxury property. The hotel property and amenities were perfect- from the lobby to taking advantage of the pool, spa/gym and multiple restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. As someone who travels often for work and pleasure, and am fortunate enough to have stayed at my fair share of high end chains and boutique hotels- the best part of our stay was Rafael Arena. He went above and beyond in every way - from around the clock proactive concierge service to having our favorite salsa from the hotel pre-made for us to take back home with us, he truly was the difference at this property (along with a shout out to the amazing pool staff during our stay). I cannot wait to plan the next trip here and have recommended to friends who frequently visit/stay at the usual suspects in Cabo (Pedregal, etc)

Great family week
Logistically, easy from the Bay Area, beautiful grounds, and the swim up poolside room made every day fun and relaxing. The staff are extraordinarily nice and helpful. Ted and Salvador bent over backwards to make our stay fantastic. The only two things that were not perfect were the emphasis on the sales job around the apartments there, and the quality price ratio of the food and drink; expensive for the quality. I don’t think that is unique to Nobu, and after a couple of days, we found some options that were actually really good.

Just pure relaxation and the pinnacle of great service
Amazing! Room was cleaned multiple times a day with sometimes chocolates being left after. The atmosphere was that of a wellness resort and location wise was stunning on the Pacific side. Great overall value! Service was top notch and the spa was also excellent. Noise levels were great at all times of the day. Our host taking care of us was the best too! Always making sure we were taken care of.
