Every part of our stay at the Nickelodeon Resort riviera Maya from start to finish was Excellent. Our family of five (kids 11, 8 & 6) experienced a more personal, higher level of care than we’ve ever experienced elsewhere from every member of staff at the resort and waterpark but notable mention must be made of Moises and Sandra, our personal butlers who communicated with us via WhatsApp to organize rides(very nice), share character sighting schedules and daily restaurant hours etc. and make sure we had everything and more than we could need for the duration of our stay. Gabby and her team in the Kids Club at Aqua Nick and also the Seaside building did a fantastic job of ensuring the kids were safe and engaged in activities and crafts. The food was consistently great quality, great variety and great execution at every restaurant but our family favourite was Goodburger. We had a swim up pool deck pad suite king, directly across from the swim up bar. The room was well laid out and filled with ample high end amenities and seating. With a pool a literal step off of the balcony, it was perfect for our growing family and allowed some of us to nap, while others relax, or swim and play; all within 20 metres of each other. The majority of our time was spent at Aqua Nick, which despite its size is made safe and easy to get around with a well designed layout. The world class slides and water park equipment kept us busy and having fun. While the tubing rivers and loungers around the activity pool gave way to rest. There are several snack and beverage bars scattered conveniently around the park and the buffet restaurant on site is a great place to get out of the sun and enjoy lunch. We unanimously agreed we wouldn’t change anything about our holiday at Nickelodeon Resort in Mexico, and we are excited to visit again in the future.

Nickelodeon experience
My family had the best time at Nickelodeon. We would go back again just to see our butlers Antonio and Sandro who made our experience so memorable. Also we would like to thank Daniella, Edgar, and Steph they were all so awesome. We stayed for 11 days and had a great time. We hope to go again in the future when our children are older.

Great family vacation!
Had a great time with the family! Our personal concierge service, provided by Moy and Sandra, made our trip even better! They were ready whenever we needed anything and I couldn't be happier with their services!

Best Vacay

Best trip!
Hello, my experience at nick was incredible from the beginning to end my three yr old had a blast from the breakfast to the pools & the staff is amazing especially Antonio & Sandro they really made it an experience & super helpful.
