    Best family vacation in PUNTA CANA!!

    Best Family Vacation Ever – Nickelodeon Resort Punta Cana! We stayed at Nickelodeon Resort Punta Cana from January 10–17 in a Royal Swim-Up Nest Suite, and it was hands-down one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the experience was magical for our kids. Having a swim-up suite was a dream — the kids absolutely loved being able to step right into the pool, and it made downtime easy, fun, and relaxing for the whole family. A huge thank-you to Jose, our amazing butler, who truly made this trip extra special. He was kind, attentive, patient with the kids, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Jose made us feel cared for every single day. The staff throughout the resort were phenomenal. The teams at the buffet and à la carte restaurants were welcoming, accommodating, and so friendly with the children. Meals were easy, enjoyable, and stress-free — exactly what parents hope for on vacation. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, and the bar staff were fun, upbeat, and always smiling. One of our kids’ favorite spots was The Sweetery — amazing ice cream, delicious desserts, and great coffee for the adults. It quickly became a daily tradition! The water park was a massive hit — nonstop laughter, excitement, and memories. And of course, getting SLIMED was an absolute highlight! Seeing the kids’ faces light up during that iconic Nickelodeon moment was priceless. We also loved the balance of fun and relaxation. The ocean was beautiful, perfect for calm beach time after busy mornings full of activities. The entire resort is designed so kids are constantly engaged while parents can actually relax. This resort truly understands families. The energy, the care, the staff, and the attention to detail made this trip unforgettable. Thank you to Jose and the entire Nickelodeon Punta Cana team for creating such an incredible, joy-filled vacation. We will absolutely be back

    Terrible Experience Buyer Beware

    Stay Away – Buyer Beware, Roaches in Rooms Thus was one of the worst resort experiences we’ve ever had. Food was consistently cold, flavorless, and frequently unavailable despite full menus shown in the app. Buffets ran out of basics (silverware, syrup, jelly, juice). Restaurants served cold food, missing menu items, and extremely poor quality, burgers were inedible, breakfast bacon was rationed, and service was painfully slow everywhere. Room service barely exists (1+ hour waits, rude responses, no milk for kids). Roaches were in our room. Towels never arrived after requests. Pools are not heated, splash pad was shut down Wednesday afternoon, and there are no hot tubs. Water park and beach service is nearly nonexistent, with long lines, out of stock menu items, dirty cups, and constant sales interruptions. Beach is dirty, full of seaweed, poorly maintained, and crowded with vendors. Resort transportation is unreliable and understaffed. Shows are overcrowded, outdoors, and poorly managed. Reservation promised by concierge were not honored at Space Restaurant. Staff appear understaffed and untrained, management is reactive, and upselling/timeshare pressure is constant despite operational failures. This resort is not worth it at all. I will never return and do not recommend this resort to anyone, especially families. I’m also upset that they deleted my previous review, and not once as anyone reached out to ask about our experience, a survey, nothing, they know how bad of job they are doing and try to hide it rather than fixing the issues.

    Great family resort!

    We stayed at this resort for 7 nights and enjoyed every moment. Our children (4) and (6) kept sharing how much fun they were having and that their favourite part was “everything”. The buffet always had something for each of us and the Al a cartes were good experiences as well. The serving staff was all friendly and polite, especially Fabiana at the Snick Lounge. Our housekeeping staff, Meri, was fantastic as well, always keeping our room stocked with all of the necessities and arranging the kids stuffed animals on the beds for them. The man who stocked our mini fridge was also always very kind and kept it stocked with the things we liked. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would recommend this resort to any family!

    Amazing family resort

    Currently on day 4 of 7 days here. Everything is fantastic! The staff is friendly, the rooms are well taken care of and the food is incredible. We're staying in a "swank" room with a wrap around balcony. There's plenty of space for my wife, 2 kids and me. The restaurants book up quickly so make sure to book ASAP in the morning via the app. If you don't get a reservation the buffet is still really good. The beach is lovely. Waves are a bit rough at times but it's the ocean, you get what you get. I would definitely come back. Amazing family resort.
