    LA TERRAZA DEL ARENAL
    Our open-air family restaurant serves a-la-carte local and international food. With unparalleled views of the volcano from your table, you’ll enjoy delicious gourmet food and new spins on classic Costa Rican favorites. We use only local produce and fresh ingredients, source our own fish and meat and carry hundreds of bottles of wines from around the world. Don’t miss sitting at the “Bar Azul” and having the bartender prepare you his or her own tropical creation. Live local musicians every night add to the lively ambiance.

    ASIA - LUNA
    Our menu incorporates Asian and Latin flavors, with sushi rolls, wok dishes, and fresh seafood specials. The décor resembles a “Pulperia,” a traditional Costa Rican bar.

    AMOR LOCO
    There’s something almost magical about walking from our tropical
    gardens into an unexpectedly plush room in the middle of the
    rainforest. Everything about Amor Loco will seduce you, from
    its ambiance to the food. The dishes are avant-garde and beautiful to behold—from the delicate stuffed zucchini blossoms and local hearts of palm salad to the red snapper and beef tenderloin. Live music adds to the warm, romantic ambiance.

    Exceptional family vacation

    This was an exceptional resort and perfect family experience. The camp itself is stunningly beautiful and each employee worked with our comfort in mind. The atmosphere, food, service, activities were all top tier. One of the best experiences we have had, and we travel extensively. I want to spotlight the efforts of Jesslyn Laguna. She really exceeded our expectations of a great host. We will return to Nayara for years to come, it is now in our top favorite destinations.

    Great experience!!

    We had a wonderful time at Nayara Tented Camp! Rooms are very cozy, service is great, everyone is super friendly! We loved the wild life and the rain, truly making the place feel magical! Excursions are fun & easy to book with the hotel, I wish we had time for more! Also, Henry’s bar offers some NYC level cocktails, we were very impressed. We will definitely return in the future!

    Best five star Costa Rican adventure you can book!!

    We have been fortunate enough to have enjoyed various five star resorts in the past, such as four seasons and Aman. Nayara tented camp surpassed those locations with their exceptional service and attention to detail. Carolina Nunez greeted us when we arrived and made sure the entire stay was ideal. The food was top notch, the excursions were outstanding from the moment you are picked up to the event itself, the resort has left no stone unturned. It was Perfect!!

    Isaac and Darien for the win!

    We spent four unforgettable days at Nayara Tented Camp in August and can’t recommend it highly enough—especially for families. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home, but two people in particular went above and beyond: Isaac and Darian. They were incredibly warm, engaging, and thoughtful—especially with our kids. They took the time to point out frogs, sloths, and other jungle wildlife, turning every drive into a mini adventure. Our son Ori absolutely adored them—he didn’t want to be driven by anyone else! The entire experience was seamless: the service was truly top-notch, the food was outstanding, and the setting in the middle of the rainforest was magical. If you’re looking for a well-rounded, luxurious family stay with genuine hospitality and connection to nature, Nayara Tented Camp is the place. We’ll be recommending it to everyone we know—and we’re already dreaming of coming back
