Nov 23, 2025Mt. Cinnamon is a Grenadian Gem!
What a beautiful property! My husband and I had been planning a trip to Grenada since Hurricane Ivan hit in 2004 - we finally got there. If you like being nestled in a garden atmosphere on a hillside with spectacular ocean views from your villa's veranda, this is the place. Clean, well kept, wonderful food - seriously good food, local breakfast option every day along with fresh catch of the day, etc. Big up to the chefs. Friendly and caring customer service - Rondell, Cecille, Laura, Maya, Felicia, Keyon, Richie our taxi man, the beach staff, everyone. Beach at Mt. Cinnamon is beautiful, shade available, Savvy's beach cabana right there for lunch. Grenada is a lush and beautiful place to visit, so much to see and do, you need more than one week. Advice - rent a car IF you are comfortable with lots of winding hills, narrow roads, driving on the left. We did it, might not do it next time. Plenty of tours and other transportation around the island. Whatever you decide, do explore Grenada and open yourself up to her culture and her people - they are amazing, friendly, helpful. Thanks again to Mt. Cinnamon and staff for making our 25th anniversary one that will provide us with many great memories.

Fantastic hotel with amazing views and excellent service
Just returned from the most amazing 10 days at Mount Cinnamon Beach and Wellness Resort situated on Grand Anse Beach, Grenada. Our room was a Cinnamon Suite with one of the best views we've ever had from a hotel bedroom, the full expanse of the glorious Grand Anse beach stretching right round to the capital, St George's. The hotel is fabulously sutuated just a short walk from the beach through a beautiful tropical garden, The beach area is surrounded by palm trees with golden sand and the turquiose carribean sea, absolute paradise. Laura and her team provide exemplary customer service, everyone is so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Everywhere is spotlessly clean with the Flying Fish Restaurant and beach side Savvys offering a superb a la carte menu and great selection of drinks and cocktails. We would definately stay here again and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing, luxury experience in a quite corner of one of the best beaches in the carribean.

A perfect retreat on Anse Beach
Nestled on a hill above the beautiful, mile-long, Great Anse beach, sits Mount Cinnamon, with stunning views across to St. George’s Our accommodation was a ‘Cinnamon Suite’ at the very top of the property. The room was modern, spacious and very clean, with a private balcony and spectacular sea views across to St. George. The staff were amazing, friendly attentive and very helpful. Laura, the assistant GM, was outstanding with her warmth and genuine care for each guest, handling everything from local restaurant advice / bookings, excursions and special requests. In essence, a perfect host. The Hotel features a Spa, gym, yoga & HITT sessions during the week near the beachfront cabana (the only one on the entire length of the beautiful beach). If you’re looking for a relatively small hotel at the quiet-end of Anse beach, Mount Cinnamon is well worth considering.

Another wonderful stay at Mt Cinnamon Resort!
My wife and I and another couple just spent a long weekend (Friday-Tuesday) at Mount Cinnamon Nov. of 2025. This was our (my wife and I) third trip to Grenada and our friend's first trip to this beautiful Island. My wife and I have stayed at Mount Cinnamon twice now and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! The facility is very nice with beautiful views, great beach access and the staff is friendly warm and wonderful! The hotel arranged for a driving tour of the island with a man named Chris and he was fantastic. Great knowledge of the island, its history and agriculture. If you are thinking of going to Grenada, I would say do it and I would say the place to stay is Mt. Cinnamon Resort! I would further suggest that you ask the hotel to arrange a driving tour of the island, well worth it. G. Hansen

Come to Mount Cinnamon!
Our Mount Cinnamon stay was everything we could have imagined and more. The view from our room was incredible and exactly as shown. We stayed in room CS11. The pool area, bar, and restaurant were all easily accessible, and had great food and drink options. The pool itself was beautiful and unlike any pool I have been in before. The hotel is a short walk to Grand Anse beach, commonly recognized as one of the best in Grenada. Hotel guests have access to the beach cabana which has the same great selection of drinks and food as the hotel, and bonfires on Fridays! Beyond the cabana you can walk the entire length of the beach and take advantage of the all the bars, restaurants, and water activities along the way. The resort is easy to get to and a short walk or ride from grocery stores, and restaurants. But beyond everything the resort itself has to offer, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. We would stay here again without a second thought. Thank you, Mt Cinnamon, for an incredible week!
